I wanted to write a review due to the disappointment we have had with this company.

We were able to get the gutters installed in a timely manner but there was a huge hiccup when we had to get our roof replaced due to a storm that occurred. We let the company know when the roofing company was going to come so we would be able to keep our warranty. When the roofing company came, Gutters Cover still had not arrived to our home to removed our leaf covers to reduce any damage. After the roof was completed we have called multiple times to let them know when the roofing project had been completed. They gave us the estimate that it would take four weeks to get back to our home to install the gutter covers back. It has now been 6 weeks with no scheduled appointment. Our gutters are now filled with leaves and winter is approaching. Again, the product is good but the follow through is very much lacking. I wouldn’t recommend if you want timely customer service.

We had Gutter Cover do their installation many years ago. Their covers have working excellent. We have many trees near our house which had been clogging our gutters. Gutter covers have solved that problem. Two young men came out yesterday to do occasional maintenance. They were very polite and courteous. They explained what they did and said that the covers were working fine.

We are blessed to have two nasty shagbark elm trees that drop tons of gutter-clogging leaves in the fall and a like amount of cute seeds (whirlygigs, helicopters) in the spring. Our gutter covers were installed in one day by an experienced veteran of roofing and gutters. He is an employee of Gutter Cover Kansas City, not some handyman sub-contractor. I chose Cutter Cover KC after viewing many reviews and Youtube videos of worthless screens and other systems from The Home Depot, Lowe's, Menard's and various manufactures. The proof is in the pudding. This coming week we're going to get monsoon rains. I'll be out there with my big umbrella and camera to see 'them do their thing'.

We used Gutter Cover of KC on our home for nearly 10 years without a single issue. Less than six months ago, we got a new roof and were convinced to try a different "top-of-the-line" gutter cover. We took the bait and it was a big mistake. Now we're dealing with constant buildup of stuff clogging up our gutters. I called Gutter Cover of KC and they were very understanding. They got us scheduled and I’m looking forward to having gutters back on my home that do what they say they’ll do. It was a hard lesson to learn but all’s well that ends well.

The salesman answered all of our questions and conducted a thorough assessment of our needs and options. Because we have an unusual roof overhang construction, he ensured our installer was very experienced. The gutter guard and flashing installer was on time, skilled knowledgeable, and friendly. The quality of materials is excellent. The color selection was good and we achieved the desired match to blend in with our roofline.

Absolutely incredible work! From quote to finish everyone is professional, kind, and highly qualified! Even had the installer Riley let me know about some issues on my roof to get looked at. HIM AND HIS PARTNER DID A FANTASTIC JOB INSTALLING. Craig is a great point of contact as well. Not to mention the gutters and covers are insanely well built and look amazing 😍

I called to have the guards removed while the new roof was installed. They were all so very pleasant to deal with. When the roof was completed, the same gentleman returned to reinstall the gutter covers. I highly recommend them.

Gutter Cover KC has everything you could ever want in a company — a great product, excellent service and the most attentive and friendly staff! I’ve had their product since 2020 and have since recommended them two neighbors, both of whom are just as happy as me. I recently had a new roof installed and the Gutter Cover team came out to remove the covers prior to roof installation, and reinstall them after. Their service and communication through the entire process were impeccable and everything went as planned. I can’t recommend them enough!

Great crew. Made quick work putting up our new gutters and reinstalling our gutters guards. Even picked up old gutters and nails left by our recent siding replacement. Would highly recommend this company.

Gutter Cover KC was great from start to finish. They sat down with us and explained how their product works and gave us a quote. No high pressure sales tactics, no “if you sign today we won’t steal your first born” shady price changes. We got back to them the next day and paid our deposit. They came out in the time they originally quoted and knocked out the job in one day. The only negative I have is that it was about 8 weeks from when we signed to when the job was finished. I attribute that to them being a smaller shop and being victims of their own success. And, we had the gutters installed during the winter when the weather was awful, and that affected the install timeline. After the most recent heavy rain, we didn’t have any waterfalls like we did before. Super happy and would definitely recommend.

We had our Gutter Cover KC Installed in May of this year (2023). These gutters are an investment but they are worth every penny. They are not only beautiful, they perform seamlessly in rain and storms. We are very pleased with both the product and the service we received from Gutter Cover Kansas City. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any person looking to update their gutter system.

From the sales appointment with Paul - to the installation crew, everybody was friendly, knowledgeable and the work was performed with high quality. We’re very happy with the job.

The experience with all the employees from Gutter Cover KC was excellent. I met Craig first and he showed me the product. I needed new gutters and I wanted to get the gutter covers too. He spent time showing me the product and when I called he either answered or called me back very quickly. The price was very fair. Craig even picked out the color which was a very good match for my house. I got two other bids and one was outrageous and the other was cheaper but the product just didn't seem adequate. I chose Gutter Cover KC. Daniel and John came out to do the work and they had it done in two days. They were very professional and always working diligently. It looks great. They said it would be about a month before they could start after I agreed for them to do the job but it was more like 3 weeks I was happy it was done sooner. Jessica called to schedule it and she was very polite and courteous over the phone. Debbie and Marilyn corresponded from email and got me the invoice and were very polite as well. I apologize if I forgot any names but the whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend everyone to give them a call.

We are so pleased with our new gutters! When the salesman Paul Leone came to provide a quote, he had a small version of what the gutter cover would look like and how it worked! He did a great job explaining everything! The installers Daniel, Jimmy, Connor and John did a fabulous job! They worked practically non-stop! When they finished and I ask a couple of questions they were very gracious and answered things that Paul probably had covered but I had forgotten! If you want the best...call Gutter Cover KC!

I didn't see the need to install gutters on our barn when it was built. But the horse paddocks started having erosion and poor drainage problems. I am usually a do-it-yourselfer. However, the quality, value, and entire process of working with Gutter Cover from selection to installation was easy, stress free and effective. There was no way I could have saved by installing seamless gutters on my own. I was even surprised to see how the gutters gave the barn a visually finished look. They match perfectly; like they have always been apart of the barn. I will definitely call on Gutter Cover again.

Everyone I spoke to at Gutter Cover Kansas City was so professional and polite - from the woman answering the phone, to the salesman that came out to provide us an estimate, to the installer that put the gutter covers on our home. Top notch people and we liked that they were a family owned business here locally. I got a few bids from other companies and appreciated that Gutter Cover didn't use pressure sales tactics to rush us into a decision. They educated us on why their product was excellent quality, how it worked, and what issues it would solve on our home. He was also the only salesman of the three companies that followed up with me after the initial bid and even sent a handwritten thank you note! The installation was efficient, completed on time, as scheduled, and in one day. We are so happy with how the covers look on our house and how they work. After the large amount of rain we've had over the last couple of weeks, we checked the gutters and they are completely clean and everything worked as it should. If you're considering gutter covers in Kansas City, these are the BEST! The product is quality, the price is reasonable, and the people are wonderful.

They just finished their work today so I have no way to gauge the functionality of the covers as installed. But the company did a great job of explaining all the steps and how the system works. And their workers worked VERY long and hard, not taking any breaks, and cleaning up everything well

Gutter Cover KC did an awesome job on our home!!! They fixed some unsightly guttering and downspouts and placed the Gutter Covers! It all looks great!
We highly recommend them if you have beautiful trees on your property and are tired of cleaning your gutters.
