this was the second time i had leonard come out to our home in lee's summit to clean the carpets and take care of our lower level tile. this time, leonard also cleaned our carpeted stairs and both landings. everything turned out really well, and the whole place smells so fresh. i couldn't believe how much cleaner the carpets looked, even though i thought they were already pretty clean before. after seeing the difference, i definitely think getting the carpets cleaned every year is a good idea. leonard was very professional and did an excellent job again, making everything look spotless.
