What a great job our cleaning tech, Kylee did! We had a custom 4hour cleaning following a large family party/celebration. She cleaned everything we listed plus more ! The house smelled so fresh! Floors were shiny clean, bathrooms spotless, even the dining chairs (ultra suede) were brushed in cool striped patterns! Great job, Kylee!❤️

We had our first deep cleaning today! It was amazing! The staff was so professional. They had a plan, and accomplished it in an orderly and timely fashion. They worked well with our pets in the home, and while me and my husband worked from home. My child was also home and they were so accommodating. Their work is so detailed. The house looks amazing and smells great! So happy with this service!

We just had our initial clean with Clean Heart Maids and were so pleased! Betsy & Tea did an amazing job- down to the little details like how they folded the baby blankets in our nursery into little hearts! We have a toddler and two older girls busy with sports all week and the relaxation I felt walking into our home after work that evening was such a gift. The customer service, scheduling, and follow up after our appointment to check in just really set them apart from the other companies we've considered in the past. Thank you all so much!

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Clean Heart Maids do a fantastic job, and pay great attention to detail. They treat my home with respect, which is such a breath of fresh air. They also are very accommodating with last minute scheduling changes when needed. I have been so pleased with their service that I have recommended them to my friends and family. My parents also use them now, and are very happy as well! Melissa in particular is the best house cleaner I’ve ever had!!

HOLY COW! I was completely blown away with their service! I’ve used a couple different services in the past, but this is one I will continue to use. When I came into my house it smelled fresh and looked like someone had cleaned! I have had a time where I couldn’t even tell if someone had come or not. I want my house to be noticeably clean and that’s exactly what I got. The girls were kind and efficient. They handled all my items with care and respect. I’d definitely recommend.

Clean Hearts deep clean my father-in-laws house and went above our expectations! They even polished the door handles! We will definitely use them again!!!!

We started with Clean Heart Maids a few months ago. We have had several service providers and they all have been fabulous. Andrea S introduced us to the Clean Heart way. They train each employee the same method and "rules". They a thorough, kind, and thoughtful. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy with our deep cleaning scheduled right before the arrival of our third baby! They made the inside of my appliances look new again and took great care of us! I’m so thankful I had some extra hands to prep for baby this time around. Highly recommend!

Requested a bid to have our entire 1800 sq ft house cleaned. They quoted us $550 to clean the whole thing. We only received about 1000 sq ft of a clean house. *******BE AWARE that their quote is not for what they say. ****** They base their quotes off of imaginary hours, and not for what you’re requesting. If they say they’ll clean your whole house, it has an asterisk at which they can use their discretion to charge you more to finish it if it takes too long. They do not come out to view houses before giving you a quote. Their lack of ability to quote should not fall on the consumer. They also showed up an hour late from when they said they would be there.

Edit** They just now replied to my review saying that they didn't service our house because they can't find my name. It wasn't under my name, it was under my wife's. This company should not be trusted.

Delaney comes with Clean Heart Maids once a month and it’s about the time that I’m needing the break from cleaning- perfect timing! Being a new-again mom and another on the way, the extra help is greatly appreciated!

Delaney is always so patient and kind when my littles interrupt to say, “Hi!” and to tell her about their learning! It’s great that we have someone who we trust with all the little details!

They claim to be eco friendly but wash their cleaning rags & mop pads with toxic Gain detergent & use bleach in the office from what a few of the cleaners I had have told me. I cut off services because they always missed areas of clean & recently raised the pricing which just isn’t worth it. I would not recommend hiring this company.

I was so happy with my initial deep clean! Faith and Dana did an excellent job and took such great care of little details. The floors were spotless to walk on, the cabinets were sparkly clean, and my bathtub finally had no icky line around the top! Not to mention the care they took of my daughter’s room (rearranging figurines exactly as she’d left them/placing most loved stuffies in her bed to greet her) was so meaningful. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know and can’t wait for next month’s clean!

I had Clean Heart Maids come out and do a deep clean on my townhouse. They did a PHENOMENAL job. The ladies that came out were so kind and extremely thorough. We are clean people, but the CHM team cleaned stuff I didn’t even know needed it. They did the ceiling fans, vents, corners, baseboards, everything. It was perfect. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone. My partner said that our couch didn’t even look this nice when we bought it! I will definitely be rescheduling asap!

We’ve been using Clean Heart Maids for a year now and we have had nothing but a positive experience with every monthly clean. Not only are the cleaners efficient, friendly, and reliable, the customer service from CHM is unmatched. They’re always willing to be flexible with special instructions, rescheduling needs, and are receptive to any and all feedback. We genuinely look forward to our cleans every month!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend CHM. I really wanted to love the company based on all the rave reviews including local KC influencers as well as the charitable work they do, and I’m sure they do great work for some clients, however my “deep clean”was less than desirable. Life is busy with working full time and young kids. My mom also lives with us part time so I was really looking forward to a deep clean to take some stuff off my plate, especially around the holidays. CHM provided me with a quote of roughly $660 for a deep clean (more before a discount) so I assumed I’d get my money’s worth, but there were multiple check list items that were not completed or only partially complete. My house was in pretty could shape since my family has lived in the house for 3 months and we haven’t even fully unpacked, plus I did a deep clean before moving in. Some issues: The front of my ovens were not wiped, trash was not collected in my son’s room, vents were not dusted, light fixtures were not cleaned, bookshelves were not dusted, front of a bathroom vanity was not wiped down, among other things. I asked that they clean the oven, and that was not done. Granted, this request was made after I initially declined the oven cleaning but Thanksgiving had passed and I decided it should be done. Another frustration came with the hardwood floor cleaning. The majority of my flooring is hardwood. Weeks prior to the clean, I asked if they could use the flooring company’s floor cleaner since we had our hardwood floors refinished. I sent pictures of the product, as requested, and was told it was approved and they could use it. On the day of the clean, I got a few calls while working saying they didn’t have anything to measure or use the cleaner, specifically an empty spray bottle. I gave permission for them to get a bucket from the garage, fill with warm water, and add a splash of cleaner since it’s a concentrate, which is how I do it. Despite those instructions, I was told they can either use their floor cleaner or wash with just warm water. I chose the warm water since the flooring company said to not use the cleaners CHM uses. Obviously warm water alone did not actually clean the floors. I emailed the email address on their website the evening of the deep clean with the issues. I did not receive a response and was billed the following day. When I responded to the billing email about my concerns, I was then told there was a 24-hour guarantee and they could send someone back out. I was also told they do not regularly monitor the email address that I emailed so they did not see my email. And I was not made aware of the 24 hour guarantee when I scheduled the clean so I had already cleaned most of what was not cleaned. It’s an unsettling feeling knowing multiple techs were in my home with so many tasks left undone that I did not feel comfortable with them coming back while I was working. Because of all the issues, I requested a partial refund and was told they cannot offer “discounts.” The company again offered to send a tech back out or provide a free oven or free fridge clean. I did not feel that those offers were a fair resolution given the cost and what was left undone. As mentioned above, I’m sure this company does great work but I did not receive that great work. I was also looking forward to some blankets or toilet paper shaped into little hearts (as was my daughter), but we did not get that service.

I couldn’t be happier with Clean Heart Maids! They do an amazing job — my home always looks spotless, smells fresh, and I love that everything is done with clean products. Their team is professional, on time, and they pay great attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service!
