During this winters snow events they have been very good at keeping our lots ice/snow free. If we need touch up plowing or more salt they are timely in getting back out.

We have a swamp in our backyard, due to negligence from this company. Our builder uses this company, so we didn't have much say in the matter. They did even think we needed a retaining wall in our backyard. My husband insisted on one, and thought it should have been longer than the wall they put in. Atcheson said we did not need a longer wall. Fast forward 18 months, and we can't even use our side or backyard, due to drainage problems. Now, our entire backyard needs to be redone, on an almost brand new home. We have had several different landscape companies come and assess our issues. These companies have all told us that this drainage issue should have been easily apparent, and would have been an easy fix, prior to laying sod. When I sent an email about it, there were crickets.

Their company vehicle pulled up next to me as we were both turning left. Just as soon as we made the turn the driver floored it and cut me off, didn't even need to take a turn asap, just wanted to get in the way of the lane I was using instead of the empty lane they were in and could've stayed in. Rude and unprofessional, drove aggressively faster than posted speed limit. It was the white truck with company logo on it.

BEWARE! 7 of the 9 bushes and plants didn’t last even a month after these guys installed. And after trying SEVERAL attempts to communicate and act on the “so called warranty” I couldn’t even get a call back. After weeks of trying by phone and email with absolutely no return I decided to go in person and asked to speak to a manager. Of course “no manager available”. So the guy who actually was in charge of installing came out to “talk”. Said they were extremely busy but would get to it….. over 3 weeks later from that encounter. So we’re going on a year total of dead landscaping with NO communication from Atcheson. NEVER experienced professional established company just NOT return calls and looks like they’re trying to avoid the warranty CLEARLY printed on invoice. Glad to have a best friend as attorney. Sad that this is next step! STAY CLEAR!! I guess they’re not what / who they used to be!!

Beware: Our experience was horrible, you could expect the same! Our builder used Atcheson to deliver dirt (at my cost), they were to deliver 20 loads at $120 a load. Turns out they delivered 56 loads! The bill was $10,000 !!! Found out they use a 1 ton dually flatbed truck! Then they come back about 10 months later to do the landscaping, they have the nerve to start hauling dirt off! They start laying sod over 90% gravel with no soil prep or top soil, didn't even use a roller afterwards. The other half of the yard was laid ontop of compacted clay. Told it's all good, but after showing pics to other places and the sod farm they said its wrong and sod likely will die. Tore up the back yard which was ready for seed, now it's like the moon with all kinds of clumps, tracks and mess (more money for me to shell out to have it fixed again). Failure to provide diagrams but quick to collect from the lender (another poor experience). Job only part done, don't think it will easy to get it fixed now. Personally, I would AVOID this company! Quality=Poor, Communication=Poor, Shyster=Yes, Supervisor=Phil Mitchell Who can vouch for a quality attorney?

Atcheson truck loaded with open back. Rock the size of a baseball hit my windshield driver wouldn't slow down stop or anything after beeping and waving. Got truck number and pictures call Mike was rude and refused to give me policy number to fix my windshield....needless to say I have to file police report. Stay tuned to see if they do the right thing!

Hundreds of cameras, facial recognition, and in-store security.... still not enough apparently. They still feel the need to have an elderly person check receipts at the door.

Great job by Duffy! Re-routed and dug in our sump pump drainage. Great, hard working service. Mindful of our sod and kept debris off our lawn. Very pleased!

Quality landscaping in our front yard. Our front landscaping was “tired” and lacked curb appeal. Duffy designed an appealing layout and the end result is a huge improvement. Best landscaping experience I’ve ever had—start to finish!

I can’t recommend Stockdale Outdoors enough! I won’t be going to anyone else for my outdoor and landscaping needs.

Not only did they offer the best price, but their service was unmatched. I had several companies come out, most of whom quoted me nearly double just for sod alone—and offered no assistance with the rest of the yard. But when Isaiah came, he brought a vision. He walked me through different options and materials, and together we solved the challenges in my backyard.

He was just as excited for the transformation as I was. It never felt like just another project to him, he made me feel like it was his top priority and I appreciated that.

This was a big project—it included a large concrete patio pour, tree removal, re-sodding the entire yard, and adding river rock around our hot tub—and they handled every part of it seamlessly.

The team wasted no time! They finished the project ahead of schedule and on budget. They were always friendly, left the space clean every day, and were incredibly responsive. Every text was followed up with a call minutes later to make sure I understood all the details and felt comfortable and happy throughout the process.

Isaiah is very knowledgeable in what he does and he had lots of ideas to help make our front look fantastic! When the guys came to install, they worked very hard and were so easy to talk to. I recently hired Isaiah and his crew to restore my front yard after it was completely torn up during foundation repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They installed a brand-new walkway and stoop, refreshed all of the front and side mulch beds, and put down grass seed that’s already coming in nicely.

From start to finish, their efficiency really stood out. The project moved along quickly without ever feeling rushed, and they stayed on schedule throughout. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. The new walkway and stoop look fantastic and feel solid and the attention to detail in the mulch beds and grading really brought everything together.

Communication was also a strong point. They kept me informed at every step, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before moving forward. It made the entire process smooth and stress free.

You know that feeling you get when finally find a company you can trust—that takes pride in the work—that is honest? This is that company. I am a really, really, really picky person. I have nothing to say other than Stockdale exceeded my every expectation. Isaiah is an honest, true to his word, reliable man. Before this project started he was showing me things at my house he could do. Here is the key: he said to me, “wait till you see what we do with this project and you will want us to fix this”. I thought, ok, sure, but I doubt it. Well, I am looking for a quote on those things….because he was right about that. The fact that he used his confidence in the workmanship rather than a sales pitch, should have clued me in. I would be honored to provide a real life reference.

Outstanding work! Guys knew what to do and were exceptional at it. Only hiccups were in relation to weather, but still managed to finish quickly. Highly recommend for small and larger projects.
