When I was shopping for a sprinkler system a few years ago, I obtained several bids. Some were lower than Rick's but none were as complete. Add to that the professional way Rick presented himself and his company and I knew he was the right choice. My neighbors on both sides saw the same thing in him and also had him install their systems. I could not be happier with my decision then and today. His entire team reflect his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to exceed all expectations. Bridget and Jennifer are wonderful to work with. Everyone I have come into contact with at Exclusive shares the passion for a job well done. Don't tell Rick, but I would have been willing to pay a lot more for the care and quality I received.

These folks are great! We’ve had issues with our system for some time and Jay came out and identified the issues, the leaks and set up a weekend and took care of it all! He was amazing! Highly recommend them! Jay, keep rolling!

In the spring of 2023 Exclusive Lawns did a "turn on" service of our sprinkler system but after the tech left, I found a zone not working. I had to call Exclusive tech out again to get the zone working. In the late fall of 2023, an Exclusive tech said I needed to replace the main gate valve to our system. Exclusive replaced the valve at a cost of $650 & they shut down the system for the winter. In the spring of 2024, we asked for Exclusive to do a backflow test & not do the "turn on" service but to leave the new main valve open. Exclusive initially refused to do it saying their policy was that they would not leave the valve open unless they completed the "turn on" service. At this point I decided to switch companies for the backflow test. Within a week of the backflow test & the main valve turned on by another company, we discovered the area of the main valve was leaking badly. We had to pay another company a total of $450 to do an emergency call & repair of the pipe connected to the main valve that Exclusive installed. We also received a $200+ bill from the city for the excess water usage from the valve leak.

Best service ever!! From the first time I met Rick, he's always been very helpful, friendly, and has given great service! When I call Bridgett or Jennifer they are always a pleasure to talk with and they always take care of things, such as maintenance, start up, and/or shut down of my system. They only use top notch products, which means I've never had any problems with my irrigation system in the eight years since they installed the system. I consider myself not only as a customer but as a friend of them all as they treat everyone as a friend.

The crew just got done installing my irrigation system and so far everything is great! Rick and Bridget have been very professional from the start. I got bids from 4 irrigation companies and Ricks was the most detailed and informative of all. His bid wasn't the lowest but the service was well worth another $200. Being able to communicate with who I'm doing business with is very important to me and they are spot on! They are all about the customer and do very good work.

The team at Exclusive Lawns is top notch. From pre-sales to the installation, my experience was superior. The service and attention from Rick and his team was exceptional. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for a new sprinkler system.

Start to finish executed perfectly. Initial proposal was presented promptly and professionally by Rick the owner. Bid was competitively priced and installation was completed within 3 weeks of initial proposal. They use top of the line components. The installation was very well executed and the grounds left in very good shape on difficult installation on a rocky hillside lot.

Exclusive Lawn is a great company to work with. They respond quickly and do great work at a reasonable price. Jay the service tech is outstanding. I won’t use anyone else for my lawn and irrigation system.

We bought our house in Lees Summit a year ago, we had never had a sprinkler system before. So when we found out we needed to do a yearly backflow test, we just used the list of approved companies the city provided us with. Last year we had to call probably 7 different companies, or more, just to finally get one to either answer the phone or call us back. This year we started going down the list again, being frustrated after multiple companies left us hanging again. We found Exclusive Lawns when we saw them working on one of our neighbors systems. I called them and someone answered immediately, super friendly and they got right out to us. Couldn't have been easier to deal with. Relieved to finally have a company we can just use going forward each year.

Great service. It was trash day and he even moved the trash bins to make sure they got emptied while he was there, and then returned them to the house after they were emptied.

The installation process was very smooth - the team arrived when they said and did an amazing job with the installation and took the time to walk through the app and set it up for me. They took the time to explain the settings in the app, and made sure that they answered all of our questions before they packed up. We’ve been with Exclusive Lawns for five years now (as long as we’ve owned our home) and it’s far past time I sang their praises with a review! Top to bottom and front to back, this company is everything you HOPE to find in a service provider but rarely do anymore.

Jacqueline in the front office is top notch - appointments made and kept, any and all questions answered, and just wonderful customer service. Always a pleasant and happy attitude.

The field side of the business is just as impressive. Techs always arrive on time and get to work straightaway and again always pleasant and friendly. The work is done right and quickly, and will suggest any improvements to the system without being “that pushy upsell” guy. “Little Jay” is an ace at what he does, year in and year out.

Couldn’t be any happier with Exclusive Lawns. Great customer service and great service combined with very reasonable pricing simply makes these folks the gold standard in customer service! I had my irrigation system installed by Exclusive Lawns in 2022. Rick directed the the hard working crew on a cold day in March and finished the job in one day on a 1/3 acre lot. Jay supervised the job the day of the install. He is an outstanding service technician for Exclusive Lawns. Jay is super talented and knowledgeable in lawn irrigation systems.

Our system runs great and the Exclusive team has a wonderful warranty.

Brigette runs the office, she is very personable and extremely organized. Overall Exclusive lawns is an excellent choice for lawn care and landscaping!!!
