We just had him do our living room, basement and front room. I was beyond happy with how dry it was when he was done. Our front room had a bunch of pet stains and he did a great job getting rid of them. Would definitely use him again. Plus he was very nice.

Had a good experience with Brody's today. Jon was very prompt with communication and scheduling. The work was quick and I was pleased with the results. The carpet smelled great as well as looked great!

Great experience! Blake was very professional, had a clean appearance, was well educated in the business, explained the fee if I used a card to pay and made me feel comfortable having him in my home. Carpets and rug look great. He was very clear on that the areas of high traffic may not resume original appearance, which I understood. And had trouble getting some stains out, which I kind of expected. But he did a great job with what he was presented with. I would definitely use Brody’s again!

I called Jon based on the before and after pictures posted on the website- because my mom’s carpet was very soiled and stained. (She passed away and we are selling her older home). I thought at best it would help it look a little better but was amazed at the difference. Blake was on time and very professional and was confident the carpet would look great. ALL of the stains were removed and with their carpet cleaning system they will not return like with steam cleaning. I couldn’t be happier with Jon and Blake’s service! I will be recommending them to everyone!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Blake was professional and friendly, showed up early, and even had the job done before my scheduled time. The carpet is soft, plush and look like new again. Jon followed up afterward to make sure everything was good and ask how the service went. Couldn’t ask for better, highly recommend!

We are absolutely amazed by Brody’s Carper cleaning services! They cleaned the whole house carpets in 3 hours and they look so fresh and clean! And most important the carpets were dry in 15 minutes! We will hire them again for sure!

Brody's did great. They got us an appointment quickly and they finally took care of our pet urine issue. Dry cleaning really worked well, would never us steam cleaning again. Brody's was professional and did a great job for us.

Gave them a call and was able to get on their schedule the next week. They were prompt and kept me notified of their arrival time the morning of. Very professional guy. He was upfront about everything and he worked with me and my crazy schedule. He even squeezed us into the schedule within a few days due to us moving in. I will definitely use this company again in the further if needed!

Wonderful and Timely Service. The carpet was dry in 20 minutes and brightened up our family room and stairs. We also had an area rug that looks much better after the dog chewed a blue crayon on it. You can’t even see the spot.

Brody dry professional carpet cleaning did a fantastic, job was done early at another job and called see if he could come sooner which was perfect, helped move some furniture and was very accommodating to any questions and or needs that I had.
However the review process would not let me change from steam cleaning to the type of cleaning that they do dry cleaning which I have had before it is a much happier with not having to wait for hours and hours while the carpet dries, so here is the information from thier website.
