This cleaning service is 10/10. They are always on time, pay very close attention to detail and my kitchen appliances look brand new. They look like they have never been used! Everywhere I turned it was just spotless. I was shocked at what all they cleaned. There thoroughness is spectacular. Bathrooms as well looked incredible. I couldn’t say enough good things about their kindness and the service they provide. Ashley is a doll to work with. I recommend this company to anyone that wants their house to look brand new!!

I contacted the service through email first as with a full time job and on the go it's hard during business hours. Mr Brody Sr, reached out the next morning with a phone message. I called back and he inquired about the area needing cleaned and gave me a quote over the phone. He was friendly and worked with me around my schedule. Mr Brody Jr, was communicative the day of the job before he came, letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived he looked over the area, restated the financial quote, and discussed realistic results with some of the problem areas. He then got to work and did a great job! I was very impressed with the cleaning, actually coming out better than I imagined! When all was said and done, Mr Brody Sr reached out later that day to see how the job went. I rated 5 stars cause they were professional, polite, reasonably priced, and great customer service!

Our medical clinic in Lee’s Summit had Brody’s come out and clean our carpets. They had not been cleaned in years and had A LOT of stains. Jon came into the office early before clinic, cleaned all the carpets and was gone before any of our patients arrived for their appointments. Our hallway by our break room/kitchen had so many stains from spilled food and now it looks 100% better. Jon was very professional and answered any questions we had. The best part was that we could walk on the floors immediately and didn’t have to wait several hours. It was a quick process and it worked wonders in our floors! Highly recommend!

Our carpets look amazing!! It was so nice to not have to wait hours to walk on the carpet. We have white carpet that has seen a few foot steps and they got them back to white.

Brody's Dry Professional Carpet Cleaning is responsive, communicative & affordable. We purchased a home that had white carpet and we have 3 LARGE dogs. The before/after photos are the best review we can offer. Will definitely be using them again.

The best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. They replied to my inquiry the same day, provided a price and had us on their schedule. They communicated prior to the service, was ahead of schedule and asked to arrive a little early (which was great) and they did a superior job on our carpets in a timely manner. Jon (one of the owners) was great to talk with, courteous and exceeded our expectations. If you want great service from Jon and his dad give them a call, get on their schedule and relax as they will take care of your home!
