This guy. He's SO nice and does such a through job. I had my carpets cleaned last January and I will be using him from now until he retires. So good and REASONABLY priced!

I can't recommend them enough. My very old carpet had so many stains and looked so nasty, but it looks and feels close to new now. More affordable than I was expecting, too. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Same day Service yeah right. We call it to have our carpets clean before moving out of our property and they were more than obliged to come that same day but when we went through to do the inspection the carpets actually looks like they had not even been shampooed stains and marks are still in the same area along with thumb tacks Bobby pins dirt and many other issues so when I called Carlos to come back to Our residents to fix the problem and show me where he had shampooed he said that they were busy for the next week and their vans were not available to come back out to the property I've till after are required move out date. He did not in any way shape or form tried to fix the problem except to make excuses and a report has been made to the Better Business Bureau along with photos I do not You do Get what you pay for and that is slop from this company. My home shampooer did a better job then there cleaning service highly do not recommend steer clear of this scammer

We made an appointment with Carlos carpet cleaning they were scheduled to come out on a Friday at 11:30 no one was here and no phone call. At 12:30 we called and he said they were running behind. I knew he was in our subdivision because I saw the van. When he finally arrived at our house at 1:30 PM he told my husband that he was going to wear a mask which was fine and that we would have to as well according to Jackson County ordinance. I have heard of a lot of things but I have not heard of this especially in my home. So he declined to clean our carpet which is perfectly fine. But just fyi for your future customers sir you should inform your personal requirements before scheduling the appointment and wasting people’s time. Also as a good business practice you should also inform your customer when you are going to be late. And last but definitely not least the mask that you had on was not even the correct mask for protection of Covid-19 or any air borne disease for that matter. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of our Friday sir. We ended up going with another company and they were amazing and on time and didn’t make rules up as they went. If you didn’t want to do the job I would have respected you just declining the job respectfully not lying about a made up ordinance. I also went to the customer that was before me and asked did they have to wear a mask while you cleaned their carpet and they said no. So again thank you but no thank you.

A friend of ours recommended we use Carlos Carpet Cleaning. We called one day, and he was out the following day. WOW! What an amazing job he did on our carpets! We have used other companies in the past, and Carlos was by far the best yet!

Without TMI, my dogs (plural) got into something, and managed to SEVERELY soil two large area rugs, my office, my wife's office, and the guest room. After doing my best to clean what I could, I contacted Carlo -- he gave me a quote, and was able to come out THE SAME DAY.
Not only was he able to compeltely remove the dog stains/smells -- other stains (dating back to when I bought this house in 2017) are gone.
Finally -- upon arrival and review -- he adjusted his quote DOWN, and was quickly and effeciently done in about 90 minutes!

I HIGHLY recommend his service, and will definitely use him in the future.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS THATS REALLY WHAT I WOULD GIVE . I texted my address the day before as he asked he told me he would be there in the afternoon , I called around 12 to confirm he was still coming he told yes !
He called me at 4pm telling me he was on his way , I told him to not worry about it as it is now 4pm and nobody would be home ! He proceeded to texted me to “live in my pee” THAT IS COMPLETELY BAD BUSINESS !!!!!
When running a business communicating is number 1 priority with your customers THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Carlos is always on time and friendly. He was able to remove stains and carpets look brand new! We have had him out to clean the carpets for years and I will not bring my business anywhere else!

Carlo was very courteous and cleaned my carpet better than I expected. I had used another carpet cleaner, who was unable to remove some pet stains from my living room carpet. Carlo treated the stains, and I was unable to see or smell them anymore! My carpet looked like new again! I’ll be using this company again in the future.

We used Carlos. We needed all carpets cleaned in a house we just purchased. And wanted all carpets cleaned before moving in. It took 3 days to dry the carpets with industrial fans blowing 24 hrs a day for 3 days straight! All the stains that were there before he and his "assistant" started.Are still there. It's like the carpets were soaked with water. And they left! Not sucking up the dirt or water. I've started cleaning the very bad areas myself. Which all come up! But, now I have large clean spots all over my house.Really looks lovely!!! We're going to call a reputable carpet service to come out and do what Carlos was already paid to do! Absolutely the worst carpet cleaning service I have ever had! I wish I could leave 0 Stars!!! DON'T USE HIM!!!

Carlo was fantastic! Quick to answer my phone call and quick to schedule my appointment. He was on time and his work was great! Fun to talk to, and I will definitely be recommending Carlo to my clients and to my friends.

We've Carlos out several times to clean our carpets and upholstery. Not only does he do a fantastic job - his pricing is very reasonable. Friendly service, on time. We can not say enough good about Carlos and his company.

Carlo is honest , very knowledgeable ,professional , kind and went above and beyond on both recent jobs we had done at 2 locations !! The stains that we thought would never come out ..... are completely GONE!!! We considered replacing the carpet and so glad we decided to go with Carlo !!!! He took the time to do it right and explained the process and drying time to be effective and WOW our carpets look brand new!! !!! And smell FRESH and CLEAN !! SOOO HAPPY!!

I LOVE MY carpets now! I have used Stanley Steamer and sears, nothing comes close to the cleaning I had today! Not only did my carpets get cleaner than ever before, Carlo's comment was off the charts, "I am not in a hurry to do a bad job" I would give more than 5 stars if there were more stars to give! Carlo is ammmaaazzing! He has down many many cleanings for me over the years. I have a dog so I need extra cleaning, and I have never been disappointed. He is flexible, and is very patient with me when I work late, making him start late. He is even patient with me when I have to cancel at the last minute. I wouldn't dream of ever using anyone else. He also makes me feel very safe during this pandemic.
