Excellent service! They were affordable and very polite. They made our toddler very happy by ‘using’ his toy chainsaw during the job.

They all worked great together as a team, kept the area clean and what thought was neat is that they had mics in their helmets, so there was no yelling across the yard. Quiet as they could be. Would and will tell others to use them.

Cleared my afternoon for an appointment to discuss moving a tree and transplanting a large new tree. No show from owner. Called and left message asking what happened to our appointment. Zero reply, apparently customer comes last.

Jonathon gave me a thorough education beforehand, as he is also an arborist. Their crew is top notch. They have a game plan and communicate throughout with a helmet headphone/mic system. They keep the working area clean and safe throughout. Their experience in taking down a tree in a very tight spot between two houses and a fence made all the difference. My 3rd tree with them.

These guys have proven to be reliable and flexible. Any time we had questions or concerns they addressed them quickly and completely. THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED. They cleared some massive limbs that had grown over the garage and left not a single scrap of wood behind. Pleasant, priced fairly, and truly professional.

These clowns worked a job on the neighbor's house and damaged my Father's property with their skid loader and possibly took the wrong trees. Unsure on the latter until we get a surveyor. I called on my Dad's behalf to discuss the matter, explained that I have photographs, the work order and 4 witnesses that put them at the scene and he basically told me to pound salt; wouldn't even look at the photos. Now we're going to have to go through attorneys, insurance etc to resolve the issue when it's actually pretty simple. I've done arbory and logging before in MT when I was in my early 20's and know what the tracks of heavy equipment look like. And that there was no possible way to remove those felled logs WITHOUT coming onto the property. Don't hire these fly-by-nighters.

I was very disappointed that my timber landscaping was destroyed then left in a trash heap in front of my house. I was not told my landscaping would be destroyed and I am now going to have to pay soneone to remove the debris. When I sent an email regarding this situation my response was:

We can only haul away debris from the tree. The crew had to remove the hexagon landscaping due to removing the stump. We apologize for any confusion.
If you are going to destroy my landscaping and create a pile of debris in my yard, the least you could do is clean it up.
Extremely disappointed. Also looking for bids on removing these timbers

I will call on them again , I have 2 more trees that will need attention in a couple of years .They worked like a sinkerized team it was amazing to see .The work ethic was unreal for most companies these days .we had NO MESS after all 22 trees were done ! They were all very polite and very thoughtful about our yard as not to leave ruts from their equipment . Basically I only have good to say about their job & company
