I had Damon aerate and over seed my yard a couple of weeks ago. He was extremely responsive to messages (texting is easiest for me and he got right back to me every time I text him). He let me know when he’d be coming so I could mark the sprinkler heads in my yard for me. When I got home on the day he performed the services I walked the entire yard to look things over while removing my sprinkler flags. I was impressed with the number of plugs throughout the yard and I was able to see plenty of seed. My wife’s first impression when she got home was, “Holy cow! He cleaned up so well you can’t even tell he was here!” I’ve had other companies perform this exact same service in years past with mostly disappointing results. Sketchy work, very little seed and (as my wife always notices) a huge mess of plugs and seed all over the driveway and sidewalk. I honestly don’t think there was a single plug or piece of grass seen on any of my hard surfaces. Super impressive!
I take pride in my yard so it was already in decent shape before Damon came. I like to get my yard aerated every year and over seeded every year or two. I’m honestly not sure why I’m still getting it over seeded as I’ve never noticed a difference in how full my yard looks. I went ahead and agreed to it this year because that’s what Damon was advertising so I thought I’d give him a chance. Boy am I glad I did! He not only did an amazing job, he emailed over extremely detailed directions for watering/keeping the seed wet (including the fact that dew sitting on your grass in the morning actually slows seed growth… who knew!?). Anyway, I followed all of his guidance for watering times/lengths and had new seed sprouting everywhere. Ares I felt were already pretty full had baby grass sprouts pushing their way up. It’s been a couple of weeks since he came and my yard looks better than ever! I highly recommend giving Damon a chance to earn your business. You won’t be disappointed!

I was in a pinch and needed lawn care asap, Damon responded very quickly to my message, sent me the quote per email immediately, and came the next day! Damon went above and beyond in fixing our sprinkler. What a previous tech could not fix after two trips and several hours, Damon fixed in about 15 minutes. DO NOT have Gards do any drain work. They completely tore up my lawn to install the drain, and then left it and refused to come back and smooth it up and actually finish the job.

Wonderful service. Always available for questions. Have used their service for my mowing, grass seeding, fertilization, weed control, and fall leaves for 2 yrs. This yr they also did a landscaping project for me. They always show up or send a message to let u know why not. Haven't missed doing this once...That is their customer service!
