I get my comforter cleaned every year at the Maplewood Wash House and in the past I've been very happy with the job they do. Not this year I'm sorry to say. I picked it up today after having dropped it off yesterday. For the first time it was not folded and wrapped nicely. It was stuffed into a bag and very wrinkled. When I got home I found it was still very damp. Apparently it sat in that plastic bag wet since yesterday. For this I paid $23.00. Needless to say I won't be back.
Very clean, lots of machines, extended hours, convenient way to pay for the machines through an app, unlike back in the day having to get quarters.
Great place!!! Very clean!!! Will definitely be back again, again and again!!! These are a pain in the ass!!!
I love that they have an app that controls the machines. I can watch on my phone to know when my laundry is done. The facility is clean. This is the nicest laundromat I have ever visited.
The better of the area laundromats. Clean, and overall, people seem friendly enough, staff and customers. Plenty of washers of different load sizes, and dryers. Although it is annoying when someone has one small load of laundry and puts into several different dryers, leaving those of us needing one, in busy times, scrambling. It would be nice to have a system in place if you have a bigger sized load washer, be allotted two dryers, anything smaller, just the one. I suppose doing that by designating washer # to a dryer #? Who knows, I am only thinking out loud. I have yet to try their drop off service and I am curious about that.
