Two years ago.... I had someone install a water eater at my house

When they put the valve on the cold line they put a valve on that had a leak on it destroyed my floor......

I had to repipe the entire thing because the job was so terribly done you folks damaged my floor with water in my home 😔 😟 🙁 😠

I would not ever use this company for any type of plumbing job ever

I'm trying to understand why it is that they thought it was OK to put a bad valve for shut off on my cold line on my hot water heater that was brand new

Then I'm trying to understand why they charged almost a $1000 for the job

I'm really angry and upset at what was done to my home

Not to include trying to figure out where the leak was on my own that was created by the person who installed and did this bad work

After being from the owner that my yard would be left as it had been found, I allowed him to do work on behalf of my neighbors, in order to repair damage to their septic line. Unfortunately he was not true to his word and he left a pile of fill dirt with large rocks and Clay where there had been grass. I am now left with a landscaping bill to repair the damage upwards of $600

We were in need of a blocked sewer fix and Derek was quick to respond. He took great care of us and was awesome.Thanks buddy!

They showed up on time and were pleasant and professional. They quickly assessed the problem and had all the parts and equipment on board the estimate on the initial phone call was accurate also. If I need a plumber in the future I know C & C Plumbing will be my first call.

Had a bad sewer issue, terrified it was gonna be a major expense. Came same day and had it cleared fairly quickly. I'm so thrilled, thank you Derek!!! The cost was very acceptable!! I'm feeling very blessed, would definitely call them again.

Called and left a message about my issue (dishwasher not draining) - I mentioned that I had just installed a new garbage disposal. He (Chris?) called me back and told me to check if the plug was still in the disposal (I didn't know there was one :-)). He could have easily come out to the house and charged $150 for a house call.

Re plumbed whole house, did a great job, super clean when finished, and great price. Came back and fixed an issue with drainpipe that was not part of the job,, extremely honest, will use in the future.

Was getting lunch where I saw a C & C driver on break. He was loudly listening to podcasts without headphones, spilled his drink on the table, and then did nothing to clean it up.

We had Derek come out and replace our under the sink supply lines and he was very polite and did a great job. He quoted 2 - 2.5 hours so we were expecting a huge hit to our wallets, but he was done within an hour. Always nice to pay less than expected. He even looked at our garbage disposal and fixed it which was so nice as it hadn’t been working for months. We so appreciate him. My mother-in-law suggested C&C Plumbing and I am so glad she did. If we need something worked on again, they will be the first company we call. Would totally recommend.

Back in January our client went under contract on a vacant property where the seller was unavailable and utilities were shut off. Prior to getting them turned back on we called Derek at C & C Plumbing to see if he could be at the property when the utilities came back on to make sure there weren't any unexpected leaks! He went above and beyond for us! From unclogging sinks that were full of cigarettes, fixing spigot's, providing batteries for the thermostat, catching several leaks and crawling under the crawlspace to flip HVAC switches for us! -Autumn Joiner Clark
