Jay was easy going and patient with us. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. Jay was kind to our dogs and baby goat. He also worked very quickly and efficiently as he is experienced in this field. They also have some high tech equipment for diagnostics which was neat to watch them use the camera to see inside the furnace And he even showed us so we could physically see the issue within the furnace. Definitely worth checking these guys out if you have HVAC issues! Thank you for getting my furnace fixed! Extremely satisfied with them 10/10 highly recommend! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Add on: Trevor came out to do a 6 month tune up. The pilot wasnt lighting and he discovered some things that needed to be resolved but it was all under warranty so they got it all fixed up with no charge! This is an amazing company who treats their customers right! Check em out and get your warranties! Also, Trevor is experienced while being very polite, professional and knowledgeable!

Charged $200, worked for less then an hour, and the problem was not satisfactorily resolved when he left. They tried to con my wife into spending $5,000 on a $1800 mini-split. VERY unethical!

Great group of guys who installed very fast on a holiday weekend coming up. Corey was amazing and super helpful with the A/C noise issue & went above & beyond. I would recommend.

First tech arrived promptly and made several repairs. AC unit functioned. We had several cool days. Then, one week later, the blower did not kick on. Second trip, the tech found a switch that had been flipped to heating. After the change, the blower turned on, and the unit began cooling. No charge for the second trip. Both young men were pleasant, polite, and efficient. The office staff were also polite and helpful. Next day, the blower would not turn off! Frigid indoor temps! Third tech came out, listened carefully, did some rewiring, and replaced a faulty resistor. Today, we have pleasant temperatures.

FTS worked really well around my schedule, managing to get someone out same day, at a time that was convenient for me. My service technician Andrew did a great job letting me know the issues that he found, and gave me several options of fixing those problems. I would recommend FTS, and will use them again in the future.

Cory Brewer was the technician that came out when our air conditioner went out. He identified the problem quickly and did a temporary fix to make it work until the part we needed could be obtained. Then came back out and fixed it a few days later. Both times he has been punctual, professional, and friendly. He is an asset to your company. I will contact FTS again when I need work done because of it's quality employees.

Our tech was Corey. He was on time, very thorough and professional. It was a great experience. We will continue to use FTS for any of our heating or cooling needs!

We have been in the process of building and FTS have been awesome and understanding in working out our installation as we had to postpone installation several times. They had to come back to install the thermostat after installation as we did not have wall outlets yet. Tanner was installer and tech very personable/friendly. I highly recommend FTS.

This was my first experience with FTS. Corey Brewer(technician)came out to do a pre winter service on the furnace. Absolutely a professional and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend this company!!!

Trevor was prompt, professional and courteous. He spent time doing an overall check-up of the system and was able to change the capacitor in less than 5 minutes. The price was far beyond the average range, but when you are desperate for it to be fixed, you pay it. I am keeping the review at a 5 because of the tech. It isn’t his fault the company charges so much. I would definitely call around before the service to get prices before the service instead of after like I did.

I called FTS today because my A/C was not working very well. FTS sent Trevor out to look at my mini-split. I cannot recommend Trevor enough. This guy is the most professional, knowledgeable A/C guy I've ever had come to my house. If you want it done right the first time, call FTS and tell them to send Trevor. The failure of your HVAC system during a heat bubble is probably one of the most troubling things you can have happen during the summer! Enter FTS, their team made the process of replacing my old equipment as pleasant as it could be, from the visit to determine whether my old equipment could simply be fixed, all the way to the installation. Everyone that I had contact with was very friendly and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment I picked out. Great service, great people, great equipment!
