I bought a house and the a/c unit went out the first summer I lived there. The new one was installed quickly, they helped me figure out where to take the old unit to get rid of it properly, and even checked out the heating system while they were there. The tech was quick and friendly, I would recommend Lockwood Refrigeration to anyone who needs work done.

I have used Lockwood for a very long time for all my AC/Heating and generator needs. They are very honest and dependable and do excellent work!!! There response time is quick and stand by their work!!! I do and will recomd them to all!!!

We had Matt come out and fix our A/C. I called first thing in the morning and they were at my house before noon. The repair was straightforward and finished quickly. Price was reasonable. We will use again, though hopefully we won’t need to for a while!

The decision to purchase a home standby generator and have it installed is a significant decision to make. Our decision to have Lockwood Refrigeration install our Generac generator was one of the best we have ever made. There are so many pieces to the puzzle tying the generator to our natural gas line and then tying all of this into our home power. Lockwood was professional every step of the way. Landon and his crew communicated with us and I would highly recommend Generac and Lockwood for all your power, and HVAC needs.

I called Jim late in the day on Tuesday new years eve because our daughters furnace quit working and she has 3 little girls at home.I know they were very busy with the cold weather Jim had someone out there Thursday morning and the got her furnace fixed. If you're looking for excellent service, you'll find it with Lockwood Refrigeration. Our generator needed some TLC and didn't know who to reach out to. Gave this company a call and they took good care of us. Landon came out and listened intently to what we knew was wrong, then inspected the generator. He explained in detail what was needed and his expert opinion to fix everything. Landon was very thorough, professional and did an excellent job. Can't thank you enough for your help.

Woke up to our heat not working and gave Lockwood a call. There were no technicians available but the kind man that called back walked us through a probable fix and it worked! I can't thank you enough!

First, just want to thank everyone at FTS for treating us so well. We had the maintenance plan so when they came out to check the ac system they (Corey and Andrew) told us some minor things were marginal and that we should consider replacing the ac because it was 22 years old. Had them work up an estimate for replacing the ac and furnace and it was more than satisfactory. They (Mason and his associate) arrived on time, completed the install, cleaned up and finished everything in record time. System works PERFECT and we couldn’t be happier. FTS is the “go to” company for all your heat and ac work. Hats off for a job well done.

We used FTS heating and cooling for the first time today. A gentleman by the name of Jay came and he was very professional, very clean looking and very knowledgeable. It turns out he is an Army Vet and I was glad to have a vet working on our equipment. He did a great job and corrected a problem created by another company . Jay got everything back online so we had a positive experience all the way around. I highly recommend this company and Jay for all heating and air conditioning needs.

It was excellent service, they came out the same day that I called and were able to get our leaking A/C unit fixed very quickly. Jay was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and got the job done right.

My tech Justin was awesome, diagnosed both of my A/C units and was able to help me and my wife find a much needed replacement for one of our old units and got it ordered. Just waiting on parts to come in for the install. 5/5 would use FTS again in the future.

Just recently requested a bid on a new system, tech was friendly and helpful, but incorporation of extended coverage and no written proposal or quote kept FTS from winning my business. I just wanted quality hardware with applicable install services, quoted in written form that I could retain for my recollection and decision making.

Very fast service knowledgeable. Did not try and sell anything made repairs and provided good information. Found a problem 2 other missed. Jason very good.

Called for repair of a blower. Technician showed up faster than expected. He repaired the problem . They had the air unit repaired in less than two hours form call to finish. Also the price was less than All Klear.

The technician FTS sent out was knowledgeable and happy to discuss options for my HVAC repair. Overall I was happy with the service.

I called first thing on a Sat morning and they were at my home within hours. Trevor was the tech. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything every step of the way. He adjusted the pressure of the propane at the tank and at the furnace that was left incorrectly sat but the system installers ( from another company)
He immediately found the other issues that were caused by poor install ( water leaks in the drain lines that causes severe water damage to the floor around the furnace and soaked some insulation in the attic where the exhaust pipe also leaked.)
He gave me a fair estimate for the repairs of the leaks, offered other services and remedies for the water damage and made the repairs in a timely manner and explained the 60 day workmanship warrantee.
He cleaned everything up perfectly and was probably the most professional service person I have ever experienced.
