Had a very nice experience on the tune up to our furnace today. On time a did a thorough job checking it all out. I would definitely recommend FTS to other people looking for a heating and air company!

I call FTS to get a quote on cutting out 3 boots on the floor of my 3rd bedroom, hvac was already installed just needed them to cut out the three vents... they quoted me almost $900. Needless to say, I called a contractor who did it for fair price of a few hundred dollars.

It all started with Andrew. Andrew showed up after we had paid more than $1,400. to a different company to fix our furnace. He spent more than 6 1/2-hours at my home trying to figure out the issues and why our furnace was once again not operatable after spending $1,400. with the other company. Well he found the issue! The motor the other company installed originally, was to big for our furnace which wound up making matters worse. After all the troubles we had, mind you this was on the coldest week that we have had thus far, and during the Thanksgiving Holiday, temperatures down in the teens, my husband and I decided to install a whole new system. Justin, Mason, Josh, Phil and Trevor, ALL came through for us! We cannot say enough about how good, honest, ethical and hard working these fellas, and this company was to us. Hands down the BEST HVAC service we have ever dealt with, living in our home for more than 30 years. We have used other companies previously, and were NEVER treated so well. We are going to be lifetime customers of FTS from this point forward. I would give them all 10-Stars if I could! Thank you FTS for your genuine customer service. This day in time that's something you rarely see anymore and we just cannot THANK YOU enough for the outstanding job Andrew, Justin, Mason, Josh, Phil and Trevor did.

Saved me the trouble of finding out why my fan wasn’t working and fixing it. They were able to get to it very quick and did a good job. Worth the price paid.

Andrew is the BEST. We have had prior companies that were not good for our mini splits but Andrew was knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly.. FTS is our service provider for now on. Excellent

FTS Heating & Cooling is amazing. They are always efficient, fast, and friendly. Trevor did an excellent job explaining the repairs needed and offered several choices to improve our furnace. We will always use FTS for our hvac needs.

Corey was fantastic! He called before coming, was here on time, wore floor saver booties, was personable and got to work right away. After the diagnostic, he gave me an overview of the health of my system and gave me options on how to get my goal of getting the most out of the life of my system.

From calling this morning at 8:30 that I had no heat to Thomas showing up a few hours later to diagnose and fix the problem, the whole process was seamless.
Thomas is the best! He always takes the time to explain the situation and cost before proceeding. He’s so mindful of not tracking in dirt from outside as well.

Amazing customer service and outstanding repair job with the utmost kindness and respect. We're so grateful for Andrew and his team at FTS for their professionalism and speedy service. Our blower wasn't turning on and the culprit ended up being the control board. T/S didn't take long and he had the universal part on hand. Thank God for providing such wonderful and talented folks to work with. Thank you FTS for saving the day! Update: Trevor came out 8.24.2024 for furnace tune-up and did a fantastic job checking all the parameters and also cleaning out the blower fan (a much needed maintenance item). This will hopefully extend the service life on our system. Trevor braved the storming weather to do all this and we are just so grateful. Thank you again FTS Heating & Cooling, you guys rock!

Today Andrew came out and figured the problem out in no time. He is very efficient, thorough and goes above and beyond to get the job done. I have used this company for a few years and highly recommend them.

This is the second house I’ve had them do for me. They are reasonably priced, great communication, timely, and very professional. I will definitely use them for future properties…and I’m pretty particular about who I do business with. I highly recommend FTS.

FTS called to schedule a time for their service tech to come out to make sure my Cooling system was ready for summer. Trevor came out on Saturday and went through my cooling system. Trevor was very knowledgeable and attentive to all of my questions and was very efficient in his work.

My heat pump wasn't quite keeping up with the near zero temps recently but when I tried switching to emergency backup heat, it wasn't even showing up. Trevor gave me a call back and walked me through how to enable it to be used. I appreciate the quick response from my initial call and helping us warm up! FTS has been great for us and very responsive.

We were former customers of Bertsch heating & air before FTS took over. I scheduled a tune up on all of my units and Corey showed up on time and was very professional during the service. He explained some future benefits to ensure proper care on our units. Will continue our services with FTS.

Corey came out to perform a first time full inspection on our heating and cooling unit. He texted arrival time, and was prompt. Corey had good suggestions, and provided estimates for upgrades to consider, yet there was no pressure. He even double checked the fence gates to insure they were closed. We stick with good company’s and especially those with excellent company on-site reps invited into our home. We will stick with FTS.

Jay was outstanding! Out of the five companies we reached out to for HVAC options he was the most thorough with his exam and the most detailed with the options for our home. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with.

We called FTS early on a Friday morning skeptical they could fit us in before the weekend but hoping they could. Our heat pump had gone out late Thursday and it was sweltering weather. We were promised a Saturday call as they were booked. However, FTS had a cancelation and fit us in Friday midmorning! We were impressed and grateful for their service! Their tech was efficient and thorough in finding the problem and repairing it!
