Furnace died at 8:00 a.m. with temperatures at zero degrees. Called Jamison Heating and Air for assistance. They made arrangements to be there that morning. Young man replaced the needed parts quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and good to work with. Thank you for your help so fast.

Our system was very, very old, and there was some damage to the floor. The Jameson guys showed up early both days and knew what to do and how to do it.They were very kind and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything they were doing and went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was right. Your standard of service is rare these days.

I had Jameson Heating and Air come look at our Commercial A/C Unit that wasn’t working. They arrived on time, the tech figured out what was wrong, found the parts and had me a quote in less than an hour. He got the parts the same day and everything fixed in a timely manner. The total was less than he quoted me and he explained everything to me. Great company to work with and I will definitely call them again.

23yr old Heat unit went out no parts available Jameson gave us a quote on Thursday decided the next day and had it installed n running on Monday. Gave us an option on a rudd or Bryant units, we chose Rudd. Explained very well details on each brand. Got it done in a day inside and outside unit. Guys were very polite on install didn't mind me watching and asking questions.

I wanted a check-up on my heating and air before the summer heat hit. Jameson Heating and Air was recommended by a friend. I called and was scheduled two days later. Two guys showed up. They were clean and friendly. Like Santa, they went straight to their work and cleaned the air conditioner and furnace and checked the thermostat. About an hour later, they told me they were finished. I asked for my bill and it was half what I expected. I plan to see them again in the fall. Great job at a reasonable price.

Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Jameson Heating air installed a new furnace and AC for me. They found some safety issues with previous flu and replaced it all the way out the roof. Sean and Gabriel were a great team and very likeable people. I needed a new HVAC system and solicited several bids. Jameson was by far the most thorough in the evaluation, the most helpful in explaining options and very competitive in costs. My old system quit working on New Year’s Eve before the new one got installed and I called Jameson. They sent a very knowledgeable and professional technician out and he got it working again till the new one was able to be installed. The new system just went in a few days ago. The 2 installers were again, very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond. The way they ran the drain lines, the freon lines, the ventilation, is so much better. They even cleaned up all the areas they worked in.

There are lots of options when it comes to HVAC companies and I’ve used several in the area. Based on my experience, Jameson is the best and who I’m sticking with and recommending to everyone.

Great company. The entire process was nothing short of excellent and courteous customer service and craftsmanship. They worked hard to get my unit replaced quickly when it went out two days prior to a bitter cold snap, even calling me from the airport on their way home from vacation to schedule and replacing my HVAC system in sub zero temperatures.
