Had problems with are dehumidifier not doing its job, Paul took the time and did some calling and studying and got it working perfectly. Not one issue since. Not to mention that out of all the places in mt.vernon never even took the time to call me back or even hear my problem. Paul answered and showed up the same day to evaluate the problem. Great job and will use again if ever needed

I am so thankful Lawrence County HVAC. We had a huge messy job and they did a fabulous job. Anytime I would Paul is quick to answer and willing to answer my questions. They showed up on the coldest day in the dead if winter early in the morning to make sure I had heat. I highly recommend Lawrence County HVAC!!!

Paul is AMAZING! at 3 a.m this morning we realized that our heat was not working AT ALL. Paul did previous work on our a.c system this past july and was our go to this morning. We sent him a message and he called us right away, did some troubleshooting with my husband on the phone this morning and was able to fit us in after regular hours to drive out to our home and fix this issue. he was here as soon as he was available, was very professional as always, and very reasonably priced as always. Paul will continue to be our #1 HVAC professional and we cannot express how thankful we are to have such a reasonable and knowledgeable professional a phone call away when we have issues. We've used Lawrence County HVAC to replace our air condition in the hottest part of July 2022 when our unit died! The response time was exceeding quick and the job went through without a hitch!

We also had Paul out to check our heating system last week. Once again, the response time was quick, the results were fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company for their professionalism, response time, the workmanship and the quality of work for the price! You can't go wrong!

He also took the time to explain in detail the nature of the repairs needed and the overall process. He went out of his way to get the parts and repair done as quickly as possible. Paul got out to us very quickly and explained everything that was necessary to repair our air conditioner, showing me the readings and pointing out the parts that had failed. I am thoroughly impressed with the integrity of this company

I had an unknown problem with a system for a house that I had bought on the courthouse steps

After diagnosing some of the issues there were still some unknown factors and we thought we were going to have to do an extensive amount of work

I was quoted $2500 to do this extensive work and when Lawrence County HVAC Came back to do the actual work they realized that the problem was much less severe and fixed the problem and saved me almost $2000 from their original bid

They could’ve just easily sent me a bill for the original bid and I would’ve never been any of the wiser, I am very impressed with this kind of integrity because you don’t always see it as common courtesy anymore

I cant thank Paul enough!!! I had enviro air come out friday and clean all my vents and the coil on my furnace (come to find out enviro air did not clean the furnace coil like i was told.) That same day my tenant turned the furnace on after enviro air left and it was making a horrible screeching noise so I called Paul up and he came right over!!! It was an old furnace and was basically shot he found me a brand new unit and came first thing Sunday morning and got it installed with the temperature outside being in the single digits. I CANT THANK HIM AND HIS WORKER ENOUGH, im so grateful 🙏. Make sure to call him for all your heating and air needs!! He's officially my go to heat and air guy!!

I rent. During the summer my air went out! My landlord called Dions and not only did he get there fast, when he saw he had to order the part, he gave me a loaner air window unit! How many services does that?! Later a small piece rusted shut on the heater. Landlord called and he was there and got it fixed in no time! He is a personable young man who knows his business! I was very much impressed with this company!!!

Air conditioning blowing hot air only with 95 degree plus outside temperature,called and had same day response and fix! Excellent at keeping us updated on arrival time.

Dion’s was quick to respond, to care of the problem and kept me informed all along the way. The technician was very courteous and clean. They are a premier hvac company. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Last summer Dion installed a new heat pump for us, that never quite worked right. They could never fix the issue, and actually broke the furnace at one point. After 6 service calls, I finally called someone else, who was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes, and for nearly $600 finally repaired an issue with the installation.
When I called Dion to let them know what the issue was, all he would say was "I don't know what you want me to do about it." Not even an apology.
Mike is normally a nice guy, but be wary if his interns show up for an install.

Had Dion come out last yr. We needed all new duck work done to our home.. I was pleased with the punctuality with Mike's team.
Our unit needed replaced and our home needed duck work done. We had them do our duck work. The price we was quoted was unreasonable high on the unit so we decided to go with another company with the unit.
Moving forward to a year later our new Hvac company came out to see why the air flow was no good and they went under our home to check out the duck work. They said it was not installed properly. We was told by our new Hvac to call Dion and have him make it right because the duck work was installed horrible. Made the call and Mike Dion decided to not stand by his work. So we are out close to 700 dollars to have Dions work fixed. Which needs totally replaced again. Also when we originally had our duck work replaced it was suppose to be a total replacement but now being told it was one run. 672 dollars and 3 hrs for a job not done completely and unusable.
We are in the hottest part of the year and have a sick child getting ready to have open heart surgery and we are now without proper air flow. I will absolutely NEVER recommend this company.
His prices are outrageous I'm guessing so his customers can pay for his new building in Mt Vernon.
I'm absolutely outraged that a local company will not back up their work.
