I give Dion's Heating and Air 5/5 stars due to their honesty, quick service, customer service and price.
Two young men worked all day installing my furnace while a third one worked all day (in the rain) installing my AC unit. While I worked upstairs these men were in the basement installing the furnace. I could hear their friendly banter and conversation. They truly enjoy their job and get along with each other. This tells me that Dion Heating and Air has established a culture of a friendly work environment and treats their employees with respect.
These young men were so polite in answering any question I had. When they were finished, you wouldn't have known they were here because they cleaned up after themselves so well.
I am very pleased with my furnace. I didn't realize how loud my old unit was until the new one was installed!

We have a maintenance plan with another company. Told of a small refrigerant leak on one unit and another old unit needed replaced. When asked they did not perform a leak test charging $400 for 3 pounds; and told us they would see us in the fall. We called Dion's for a second opinion. Mike immediately performed a leak test and it was NOT a small leak. In the end, Dion’s fixed the leak and replaced the coil under warranty on same unit and replaced an old AC/Heat pump unit. Brought a large team and all work was completed in one day. We appreciate the honesty, respectfulness and professionalism Dion’s showed along with the truthfulness and going the extra step to save us additional cost in the future. Thanks Mike and crew.

We have used Dion's for two different homes and they have always been on time and respond quickly. The entire team is very professional. We had a new high efficiency unit put in and Mike gave us several options and explained the pros and cons of each. Our old unit would freeze up during those hot summer days and since we've had the new unit we've had no problems and stayed cool all summer long! The bills are cheaper too. They are always fairly priced and provide amazing service! We recommend them to everyone we know.

We have used Dion’s for many service over the last few years. We have always been so happy with their service. They have great technicians to take care of your heating and air cleaning. Our technician had such a great attitude and willingness to answer questions. We appreciate this local business very much!

Fast, courteous, professional service. Spending money on your heating and cooling system doesn't make anyone happy. I felt I was valued as a customer and the service people did a great job. I am the proud owner of a brand new A/C and furnace. A/C went out 2 days ago and they were able to get me all cool 😎 again this afternoon! Thank you, Dion's... Caleb and his team were great!

I called several places before Dion’s. They either didn’t answer or had no available openings. When I called Dion’s, they answered immediately, said they would get with their technicians to see when they could come out, and would call me back. They called back a few minutes later with an appointment just a couple hours later that day. Great customer service and Colin, the tech, was knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time to find out the problem. Very affordable and will definitely be using them from now on.

We made an appointment to have our AC serviced before summer arrives. Colin was our AC technician and we were very pleased with the work he did. He cleaned our AC unit out which probably had never been done plus he resealed some PVC pipes on the inside unit. Colin went above and beyond and I highly recommend him to anyone. Dion's is very fortunate to have Colin as their employee. Thank you again!

There's a reason I've stayed with Dion's for several years. They are a great company with fair pricing who provide an exceptional service. Caleb has serviced both my shop mini-split & my house system multiple times, I have have complete confidence in him and his abilities. He takes the time to explain things in detail so there are no surprises.

Excellent company to deal with! Gave us a written quote quickly when our unit went out. And it was a great price! Even with the high summer heat and their busy schedule they were able to get what we needed in a week and have it installed and working properly within a day. Mikes guys were courteous, friendly, professional, left their work areas clean, and answered all our questions.

Dion’s stuck with us until the work was done. I am grateful to have such an honest & hardworking company do the needed work. Thank you Michael for helping me out with this.

Excellent service from the very start. The knowledge and experience displayed made me feel confident in our decision to use Dion's. Two units were replaced. Modifications we're required to improve airflow from our previous setup. The finished product was more efficient and aesthetically pleasing. From the laughing and singing it's obvious that they also enjoy their work.

Mike and the crew did a great job. They replaced 2 very old heat pumps with new efficient units in 2 days, and in very cold weather. They were done in about 9 hours per day. Very fast and efficient.
Great crew, very focus on the work, the clean up after was outstanding. You would have never known that they were here.

Dion's came out the SAME DAY to deal with a water leak into my encapsulation system in the crawl space and rerouted the drain line on a very hot day. The technician was early and promptly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution.
