We had a new heating and air system installed. From the very first time of contact up until the install was completed we were extremely happy with the people we talked to and worked with. JR was very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing he made us feel confident in our choice with the information he provided. When it was time for the install JR came out and walked Clay and Lane through what all he had talked about with us at the consultation. Clay and Lane were very professional, nice and great workers. They worked really hard to get the new system running before the weekend so we could enjoy having ac!! Extremely extremely happy with all the work and all the individuals we worked with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Jon Wayne and will be passing along to anyone looking for HVAC work. Thank you JR, Clay and Lane for all the hard work to get this done before the heat of summer!!

Just had them perform a full install of a heater and AC, and everything has been running great so far. Every experience I've had with Jon Wayne has been incredible, and every associate of theirs have been very professional, they've all treated me fair, and I appreciate them all taking the time to teach me the ins and outs on how my system works (both the old and new). Both installers, Clay and Lane, were very courteous and quick, the owner, J.R. was incredibly knowledgeable, and every time I had to call for my previous system, technician Will was an absolute wizard. These are the people I'm going to rely on in the future for help with my HVAC.

They showed up within 20 minutes of my call. I really appreciated that because I'm pregnant and have 2 kids at home. It was 61° in our house when we woke up and 32° outside. They were very friendly and finished with the job within 30 minutes. Highly recommended them!!

I bought my heating/air system, from Jon and had no complains. Timely, professional and fairly priced. Installation went great and I agreed to an annual maintenance program (one for air and one for furnace). It inched up in price (understandable), until jumps the last two years almost tripling where it began. Very disappointing and have to move on to another company with a more reasonable price. Equipment and installation, great! Cost to have it checked out, with no repairs…not great.

Employee was very professional. He was dispatched to my house more than 3 hours before the scheduled time which was great because I had no air conditioning

We had a GREAT experience with Jon Wayne Heating and Air for a second time! Our air went out during one of the hottest weeks we had this summer. They came and installed a new unit and did so in a very timely manner. Our air conditioner runs great now and I can highly recommend their services. **Clay and his partner that day were excellent!

I have only praise for this company! From the 1st introduction to the installers, Chris and Clay, to the last visits were amazing! They took amazing care of our floors. They labeled the fuse boxes and stayed until they knew I understood the new thermostats! Would absolutely recommend

Jon Wayne heating and air completed the three systems that were contracted for and improved many elements such as wiring that they were not responsible for. I appreciate all the all the hard work.

We have used Jon Wayne heat and air for several years and recently had to have our units replaced. The owner came out and explained everything we needed, without pressure. Their work force is exceptional, especially Will, as well as their office personnel. Excellent job with communication and great installers. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Jeremy provided professional service and went out of his way to clean/fix our A/C system. Hope he's the one that comes back this December to do the same on our furnace. Highly recommended!!!

Had a new furnace and air conditioner system installed. It works good after adjustments to take the humidity level down where I wouldn’t have water on my windows and doors in the mornings. Seems to do the job well. Fine bunch of technicians at Jon Wayne Heat and Air!

Jon Wayne has such great service! We had our unit put in back in 2021. Unfortunately it quit working yesterday 07/19/25 we called them (after hours) they called right back we told them what was going on and they came right out and got it fixed! Sadly I didn’t catch the guys name (my husband talked to him) but even he was great! And so knowledgeable on things too!
