Will did an awesome job servicing our furnace! His previous appointment ran longer than expected, but he was still courteous and informative regarding what we needed. Everything was fixed as he left for his next appointment! I would highly recommend Will, and John Wayne Heating And Air in the future!

Chose Jon Wayne to replace worn out heat pump based on past experience with their great service maintaining the old unit. Their installation crew (Chris, Alex, and another assistant) did a marvelous job with the entire project! They were very professional and provided a nice clean installation to be proud of. It is great to work with a company that has well trained professional technicians and staff you can have full confidence in that will deliver the best service for their customers! This says a lot about the ownership, management, and culture of a great company that customers can trust! I look forward to more of their great service and assistance in the future.

Will was amazing!! Will was very professional and answered all my questions. He cleaned up when he was done. He even took my dirty filter with him! We ended up needing a new air conditioner and helped to get that scheduled. He even showed me where the leaks were that caused us to lose freon. Thank you Will!!
Chris and Matt came out and installed our new unit. They did a phenomenal job!! They were very kind and kept us informed on what they were doing. They even took time to look at my 2 years old niece's toys. Then the following week Ginger and Brendan came out and cleaned our vents. They did a great job!!! My 2 years old niece pulled the tape off one of the vents and Ginger was very kind about it and said it was just fine and retaped it. All of them were understanding when my elderly mother needed to get by their work area with her walker. They would move their tools so she could get by. I really appreciated all of them!!! Jon Wayne has a lot of good people working for them!!! Thank you to all of you that did work at my home.

Was not a big fan of them. The tech was more worried about being a salesman than a technician. Also don't know if my deposit I had paid got rolled into my service they did.

We purchased a new furnace, AC and water heater from Jon Wayne. Everything is perfect. Even our dog liked them! :) Would highly recommend!

Had our AC go out on the hottest stretch of weather this year. Left a message after hours the night before, and Rick was able to make it out earlier than our appointment time the next day. After troubleshooting, he thoroughly explained the issue and the repair and had us up and going in less than an hour. Have used Jon Wayne for service calls, new installations, duct cleaning, and clean & tune maintenance - service and quality have always been top notch, from the office staff to those coming to us. Highly recommend.

When we called with our outage, they were very prompt to respond. When Will arrived, he was even a little early and was very knowledgeable and courteous. We would recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Our hvac unit went out, Jon Wayne came out and checked our system.It was around 29 years old and replacement parts was going to cost as much as a new one.They sent an associate out to give a quote and discuss all our options.They were informative. Brought the new unit out and had it installed in one day.The technicians were very polite and courtesy.

Everything went very smooth. They completed a temporary repair ( at no cost to myself) on old AC unit to give us some relief from the heat until new unit was ready to install. Thank you

We had our heat pump unit replaced on March 28, 2024. The technicians did an amazing job. They were kind, courageous and very professional. All trash was picked up and taken away by the technicians. We will definitely use Jon Wayne again and they are scheduled to do our regular service calls to insure our unit will be maintained. The technicians who did this job was Chris and Matt.

Old farm house, old furnace/AC unit that greatly needed replacement. The service folks were upfront and professional, and because of covid we delayed our decision. We had them build us a custom-unit for our house, and they got us great financing. Almost two years later, everything works smoothly, and high-efficiency unit, this was a good investment. We got the maintenance program, and did the duct cleaning, which assures the best care for this unit, and they handle everything. Overall, very pleased, the guys are great, the company is really solid, and we gladly give them 5-Stars across the board.

Had our annual furnace maintenance performed by Rocky last week. He arrived on time, ready to work and was very friendly during his visit. He was happy to explain what he was doing as he went along and answered any questions I brought up. It was a very pleasant and professional visit. I heartily recommend Jon Wayne, been a customer of theirs for many years!

They did a great job. The 2 techs that were sent showed up a bit late but I expected that due to my address. No one agrees whether it's a Avenue or Street. Very professional work. They had me show them where the unit and anything pertaining to the unit was located and away they went. They finished the install at the time they said they would be done and showed me the checklist they had went through post-install. They cleaned up after they were done and my new ac is working great. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I have used Jon Wayne since they opened. They installed our A/C and Heat Pump system, and have maintained our system ever since. Great people to work with. When it was time for the possibility of having to get a new system they educated us (as opposed to selling us), and gave us all of our options so we could make an informed decision. A previous company that we had worked with sent out a salesperson, and didn’t even give us the option of repairing the system we had. We won’t use another HVAC company.

We just had our air conditioning unit replaced 6/25. We finally have a working air conditioner again! Jon Wayne was very easy to work with. They’re professional, respectful, and hardworking. They worked from 9:30-6:15 to make sure my unit was replaced same day. Highly recommend!

Jon Wayne installers were fast clean and professional. Price beat the competition with no pressure from the salesman. when we made our decision the new heat pump unit was installed and working 6 days later ,1 day installation.
