We appreciate the prompt service we get for any repair to HVAC on our rental units. The service people are always courteous, professional and willing to communicate with us or the occupants of the property. If there is a need for a major repair or replacement they discuss with us our options. Very happy with Dion's Heating and Air Service. They are dependable and do good work.

Five stars is not enough for Mike ( Dion) did for me , they got me in schedule the next morning , because the first company I called replace the Capacitor and connected wrong wire, got all the wire mess up they said it mind be my compressor, so I called Dion’s Mike came out take a really good look into it I mean he took his time and carefully look through it, and got it back to nice and cool.
Absolutely will be first call on my list. Thanks Mike

All of your employees were very professional. And it's educated as on our new heating, and air conditioning system. They walk us through how to program the thermostat. They took all of the debris away and the old air conditioner and furnace. And I'm looking forward to them coming back to finish the job, and Install the ducks to the second floor that had fallen. We lived in the Mount Vernon area for three years. We had Mike service our A/C 2 or 3 times. He was always punctual, professional and his prices are reasonable. We recently moved to Carthage and had an issue with our furnace. We called Mike to see if he could recommend somebody in our new area to come help us. Instead, he was able to talk my husband through the issue and we were able to fix it for well under 100 bucks. A service call, parts and labor would have been much more than that. I am so thankful that he was willing to help us out in this way and highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

I am new to the area and feel very fortunate to have found Dion's! My AC wasn't working. I called and spoke with Mike who scheduled me for later the same day. Caleb came out and diagnosed the problem. They ordered parts and Caleb returned to fix it within a few days. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I will be calling Dion's for all of my future HVAC needs.

He was awesome, good, quick, and very respectful and responsive. Fast at getting the job done! I've always use them since I moved here and they have got the job done! It's close to impossible to achieve maximum stars on any review. If one doing the review is fair and let not their personal bias bleed into the review. When I generally give reviews I do my level best to cover bases readers may want to read that will aid their decision.

I must say "Dion's Heating & Air" is a first class business. Young people work here and sometimes that age group can be flippant. Not here. We had a new heating and air unit installed. As the other one finally met its demise. These young men that came to our home (about 5) were all courteous, respectful, knowledgeable (I also believe one guy was in training), great personalities, and explained if needed what was being done through the install process as well as final completion. Meaning a brief walk-through. Without a doubt these guys delivered what I like to call; the and then some!

So thankful that we went with Dion’s to replace our whole AC system! We were without AC for a few days and they came to diagnose the day of! They explained thoroughly the problem we had and what our best routes were. As fast as they could get us in, we had our house even cooler than before! Thank you to the wonderful team that was at our door at 7 am to get it done!

WOW ... they did my air duct cleaning and I was extremely impressed with their work. The team (specifically I talked most to Ty and Massey) was so pleasant and took time to explain every step and cleaned everything including the a/c unit outside!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My AC unit and furnace was going out in a house I just recently bought. I was told by a friend about Dion's and so I made the call. Mike came out and gave the system a look over and found that one of the main parts was going out. I was told that if the temperature got below 20 degrees, my furnace would be done. I asked what the cost would be and was quoted a very fair price for the unit and work required. He said he could be out the following Monday to install and it was agreed upon. His crew started work at 9 in the morning and went till around 9 at night. There were issues with the previous unit and it had to be cut out. I appreciate that it was no extra charge and they worked till it was done. I have seen others pack up after 6 hours of work and then come back the next day which wouldn't work for me as it was winter. Thankfully they got it done which was awesome as the following few days, we got down to 9 degrees.

Our A/C unit was not working and I thought it was a bad capacitor, based on prior experience. We had not serviced the A/C in several years so I called Dion's and they came out the same day. Dayton serviced the A/C and the capacitor checked out good. After a good cleaning everything was working great. They saved me time and money because I likely would have tried changing the capacitor myself. Plus, I am confident we are going into summer with an A/C unit in good working condition.

We have bought TWO systems from Dion’s Heating & Air (two different houses) and every time their work and quality has been top notch!
They replaced all the ducts and unit in our new house with an energy efficient system and dropped our bill down Substantially.

Used Dion's to remove and replace my home heating and a/c unit. Pricing was very competitive with other bids. Made available financing options. Mike and his crew were impressive. They showed up on time. They were all friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. They were respectful of our home. They made as little mess as possible. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. These people are hard workers. They had work to do in the attic at high summer temps and work to do under the house running larger ducts to improve the air flow into our family room. The whole crew put up with me and answered any and all questions that I had. Want to give a thumbs up to Mike, Caleb, Ty, Massey and Colin. Hope I spelled they names correctly. I suggest that if you have a heating or cooling issue to give them a call. I really appreciated the fact that try to do the job the right way instead of the easiest way. That's a quality that is hard to find these days.

I called with a broken AC unit and Dion's had a tech out the same day! We needed to replace my entire unit, and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. The actual install took less time than expected. Both of Mike's employees were extremely friendly which made my wife and kids feel comfortable. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Dion's to anyone!
