Constraction reviews in Nixa, Missouri

Kasey at Charity Restoration did a great job of working with me during this project. (I had a lot of questions/concerns because of my research on the internet). Luckily I already had my adjusters estimate and I had researched the type and color of shingles I wanted. The upgrade from 3 tab to architectural was reasonable plus a couple other things they did for me also seemed reasonable. On top of that they made a donation to the children's charity of my choice!

We had hail damage on our roof and ended up having a leak on a Sunday. I called to report this and they responded immediately and sent someone out to help fix this issue within three hours! They were so kind and helpful even though it was a weekend. Very highly recommend.

LOVE Charity Restoration! They are so nice and so professional. Every time we have used them, we have been so pleased.

We were extremely pleased with Charity Restoration and how they put up our Christmas lights. They responded immediately when we asked for an estimate and put the lights up just as we asked. You will not be disappointed in their work or their customer service.

Charity worked with us to decide how we wanted the lights done on our house and then when they came our they did and amazing job with the install. The guys were very professional and made sure everything worked great before they left.

I've used Charity Restorations several times over the last couple of years and have always had excellent service. They are fast, courteous, and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

We had the best experience with Charity Restoration! Kasey was so kind and helped us through the entire process. This was our first insurance claim and we had no clue what we were doing. Kasey took his time explaining the whole process, multiple times if needed. Our roof looks amazing and his team cleaned up so well, you couldn’t even tell they had been there. They also fixed water damage inside the house and the workers were so kind and very clean. All and all we will definitely use Charity Restoration again and 100% recommend them!

The men who installed the gutters and guards were professional, hard working and diligent. They seemed to really enjoy their work. The gutters look spectacular and the grounds were clean when the job was done. The communication with this company is amazing. I highly recommend Charity Restoration to anyone who needs improvement for their home. I would give more than 5 *****.

Kasey White and his team at Charity Restoration were fantastic. As a real estate agent, I have worked with countless contractors for nearly 2 decades. Charity Restoration was one of the best (if THE BEST) companies that I have worked with over my career. Kasey's team went the extra mile AND then some to meet our extremely tight deadline. In addition, they provided a great quality of work for my clients. When you combine the quality with the responsiveness they provided throughout the project, you get one of the best home contractors in the business. I will Highly recommend Charity Restoration to any of my clients or my family!

Very pleased with our lights, wreath and garland. The guys did a great job during installation on a challenging house. Thanks to Danny, Noah and crew. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely recommend this team. Kasey was extremely helpful from the very beginning of the process, even helping us navigate the insurance claim correctly. His team is incredibly professional and has strong attention to detail, which I greatly appreciated. Kasey was also very good about communicating timelines and updates via text as we went along. New roof and gutters look incredible. 👍🏽

Charity Restorations is a very dependable and efficient business. After I approved the estimate they were here the next day! I love the response!

Thank you to Charity Restoration for such a perfect and beautiful job on our Christmas lights. They were very punctual, did excellent work and finished the job as we discussed. We’re so enjoying their work every evening and are so grateful to have worked with a small business that is so professional.
Ron and Cindy Carroll

They replaced a large section of my fence after recent storms, and were quick, efficient and the workmanship was great.

We had a fantastic experience with Charity Restoration and Charity Lighting for our Christmas light installation. The crew was incredibly professional, efficient, and hassle-free. Our home lights look absolutely stunning, and the wiring is expertly hidden, giving our space a polished and elegant finish. We highly recommend their services and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Our church Glidewell Baptist church. Hired this company to replace some gutters. They responded very quickly and was out within 3 days to do the job.
Work was well done. The church is very pleased with the price and job

After seeing all the great reviews this company has, that is not the service I have gotten. The roof was done in a timely manner from the large hail storm in May 2024. There were damage to athe roof, a window and the screens in addition to the trim on the garage. The trim on the garage was finally started end of December. Then only half way done. Finally, a couple months later someone came back and finished that. Here it is a year later and STILL waiting on the window to be replaced in addition to the screens. Communication has been poor. Always an excuse or on vacation or no one answers. Called the insurance company a week ago to see if a claim was submitted for the window and come to find out nothing was ever submitted. I sent a message about it and still have not heard anything a week later. I wish I got the service everyone else received. This has been nothing but a nightmare. Never again with this company.

Replacement of shingles and gutters on single story residence. Quality work performed by this company and its highly trained employees.

Kasey and his team responded quickly for repairs needed for my house closing. They were completely timely and efficiently They also repaired a fence in a timely manner for the same situation
I used them last year to replace my roof and guttering
I also love that a portion of their profit goes to a charity of my choice
I highly recommend Charity Restoration

Wonderful experience. Very polite, very professional, on time and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone. We’ll be using them to replace our roof too. Thank you so much!

Charity Restoration did everything promised in a timely manner. They returned all phone calls when we had questions. The techs that actually did the work were great workers and very courteous. Would use them again for our next project.
