They have been nothing but amazing to work with. Quick with replying back on time, the men that came and replaced our roof did a great job cleaned up after themselves, and anything they couldn't get, they came back and picked up. Even though the insurance company is a hassle to get them paid, they haven't complained or hounded us about the invoice amount. If I need a new roof (hopefully not for a long time), I'll definitely work with charity restoration again!

These guys are the best!! The morning after the storm, when everybody was so busy, these guys came out first thing and nailed back up the part of my fence that came down,( because I have a dog.)
They gave me an amazing quote, And when they came out they were so polite and courteous! They kept me informed the whole time of what they were doing and when they were doing it. I can’t say enough good things about this company! I won’t hesitate to call them when I need anything else.

I couldn't be happier! I was told it'd be about 3 weeks because of the storms. They were able to make it out within a week. My gutters and fascia look absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend Charity Restoration to anyone!

Charity Restoration built us a privacy fence in our newly built home. They were responsive, easy to work with, and did a great job! I totally recommend them!

Contracted for repairs to home after storm in May 2024. Roof, gutters, flashing, and big window. Was referred to them by neighbor. Paid up front from insurance money. Repairs still not complete. Chip does not return many (most) calls or texts and has NOT completed the job as of October 2025.The work that has been completed is good so that's the only reason I would give even 1 star. I can't get the depreciation $ from my insurance company until they complete all jobs. I just need a window replaced to finish this. HORRIBLE experience! Neighbor even had issues with their lack of work and had another company complete remaining repairs as a result. Neighbor feels bad for having recommended them. Would never use again and never recommend. Too many issues occured to list on here and now I'm just calling Ashley Reynolds on your side.

They were very prompt, responsive, and thorough! They cleaned out my gutters and installed gutter guards since I have a lot of mature trees. I highly recommend them for all your needs!

What a blessing this family owned business has been to our family. This is our second year having them light up our home (and hearts), they are impeccable in all they do. Their team is absolutely incredible, they take great care in what they do and the joy that it brings is the greatest of treasures. We love the happy warmth it brings to those around us. We get the sweetest comments, messages and even anonymous hand written notes from kids loving the lights. They are truly magical, the lights and the team that installs them. We are blown away by their tremendous skill and heart and look forward to bringing the joy and happiness every Christmas. ❤️

Charity did a great job giving us a new roof! That was covered under an insurance claim and they walked us through that process as well! In addition, we hired them to install new fascia and gutters, as well as subcontract having our stucco painted. So there were multiple crews around, sometimes at once. They all were respectful and did a great job. The project was managed well and the leads and owner checked in multiple times. At the end, he made sure every last touch up was made to get it all right!
They also did our Christmas lights, which was super easy to order and have them do!
Highly recommend!

This company took $2600 (50% of the estimate) to repair hail damage including a broken window 22 months ago. They have given every excuse in the book, fixed nothing, and no longer answer calls, texts, or emails. I called them initially because this is a local business with a lot of good reviews. However, after almost two years, they have my money and I have a broken window and siding with holes in it.

We used them for our Christmas lighting on our home, and from the very start they were kind and inquisitive, taking the time to truly understand our vision. They were so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. When they came out to put up the lights, they worked quickly, safely, and with such a great attitude. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend!

The lights that Charity Restoration installed for Christmas look amazing. They gave me a very reasonable estimate, measured the lights after approval of estimate, arrived on the day scheduled, installed the lights, cleaned up and were on their way. They will take them down and store until next year.

Seriously, the best! My Christmas lights on my house are perfect. The price was incredibly competitive and service and the amount of time it took was on point. If this is how well they do Christmas lights I can only imagine how well they do gutters and other things for the exterior of your house. The owners are great people and there’s nothing better than a quality family run business.

Fantastic experience with this company. This is the second year we have used them for Christmas lights. The owner and his employees are so nice and easy to work with. They make sure you are happy with everything. We added some additional lights to our trees this year and we were very happy with the new addition. Highly recommend!

Robert and his team were amazing. We needed a sub pump issue corrected, mold fungus removal and a floor joist repaired. They were quick and responsive to our needs. The young men that completed the project were courteous and respectful. I'm impressed great job Robert.

The thing I loved about Robert was how honest he was from the initial interaction I had with him. I had some water damage around my foundation of my house, which I addressed by extending the downspouts and grading soil away from the home. I had countless mold remediation companies come out to inspect my crawlspace, informing me I needed to to x,y,z and was going to cost me thousands of dollars. Robert simply recommended we dry out the area in the crawlspace, install a vapor barrier and therefore no mold would continue to grow. This has been effective so far. His team did a great job installing a vapor barrier. I loved how easy it was to communicate with him and he answered any questions or concerns I had. Definitely recommend!

Robert went out of his way to give me advice on keeping my crawl space dry and did not try to pressure me into buying anything. If I ever have a need, he will be the first one I give my business to!
