I was highly impressed with my entire experience with American Heritage. From speaking with Ed on the phone to completion, I was very impressed. Ed gave me a bid over the phone within $15 of the final cost. Braden and Bryant were very polite and professional when they came to my door and called before they came. We did a walk through, they were here for hours thoroughly cleaning, and then walked me through again. 5 stars for sure!

I was pleased with their service. They did an excellent job. My carpets look great. Their employees are courteous and professional. My only drawback is that I wish I had been told or offered their specials that are currently running. If I had known about them, I would have been able to have another room cleaned for the same price.

We had our whole house cleaned this morning, Tristan and Brandon were Absolutely Amazing! I received a call 20 minutes before my appointment letting me know they were on their way. Both guys were extremely polite and kept me informed on what they were doing with our carpets! I would highly recommend American Heritage to anyone out there! Fantastic cleaning job - the cleanest my carpets have ever been and American Heritage was the most reasonably priced! Furthermore, we had a sudden death in the family, and had company coming on very short notice. I was incredibly grateful at how they worked me into their schedule given the difficult situation. I had been using another (very well nationally known) carpet cleaning service, who wasn't able to help me that day. I happened to come across American Heritage, called them and they jumped right on it, worked with us and we will continue to use them as our carpet cleaners from now on. They are polity, professional and provide exceptional service!

My carpets were stained and I thought I might need to replace them. American Heritage cleaned them and they look fantastic! The 2 men that came were prompt, courteous and professional. They did a super job and my carpet should last several more years. I would recommend American Heritage, they did a great job at a very reasonable price.

I would highly recommend this company. James came out, super nice guy, very professional, and he did a great job on my carpets. With 3 little dogs it was way way overdue :) Great price too! Eric emailed me and was very prompt and I got an appointment right away, and one for my mother! I’m very pleased and will absolutely use them again!

Difficult to communicate with their service. Ended up going with another company because we could not connect. Would not say a "bad" company but needs better contact system.
