We hired Ashley and her team when we moved from one state to another. They cleaned the empty home prior to us moving in. They did such a great job we have them come every other week to clean. I appreciate the communication from them and they are always open to feedback. Their estimate was right on track so there were no surprises.

I highly recommend them if you are looking for a team you can rely on to show up, always communicate with you and do a thorough job. They are efficient and done quickly and after some bad prior experiences with other cleaning services I'm so happy I found them!

As a former military family, we have worked with cleaning services in several states. I know I’ve hit the jackpot when I find a company that cleans thoroughly (leaving no surface untouched), deeply (moves items to dust under them/gets windowsills and blinds/ceiling fans, etc), and works flexibly with our cleaning schedule wishes.

New Look Home Cleaning makes scheduling and payment easy (via text/online), responds promptly and professionally to requests/questions, and do a top-rate cleaning job of our home every single time they come. I have never found a spot they missed or wished they had done better. Having them clean for us reduces the cognitive load of “household management” and it is a joy to come home on cleaning days to a sparkling home.

The team is also great with our animals and in always feel a little less guilty knowing our pets get living visitors on cleaning day.

New Look Home Cleaning did great work! My shower never looked so clean! 🧼🫧 The ladies have been friendly, responsive, professional and respectful the whole process. When they cleaned I was notified they were coming. They came in and were quick and efficient. Everything looks and smells so fresh and nice! 🤩 I am very picky about my house being clean I normally just do it myself but I need a little extra help now with life being so busy. I wanted to follow up regarding your recent request for Breanna to clean for you alone.

As I mentioned previously, our cleaners work in teams and will not clean any homes alone. This is in place to protect both our staff and our business, and it applies to all clients without exception.

Breanna shared that she felt uncomfortable being approached again about cleaning for you privately. I take the comfort and professionalism of my team very seriously, and I also want to ensure our working relationships with clients remain respectful of the boundaries we set.

Because this is the second time this line has been crossed, and due to the pressure placed on her as well as feeling uncomfortable and threatened, I’ve made the decision to discontinue services effective immediately. I believe this is the best choice to maintain a positive and respectful environment for my team.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out. I do want to clarify one important point: the statement that your cleaners never work alone is not accurate in my case. Breanna has cleaned my home alone before, so my recent request was based on a situation that had already occurred, not an attempt to push a boundary.

I also want to be clear that I did not intend to make anyone uncomfortable. There was no pressure or inappropriate request—simply an inquiry based on prior services. If anything was misunderstood, I’m sorry it was perceived differently.

Additionally, I should mention that I had ongoing concerns about the quality of the services I was receiving, which is why I had been trying to figure out a solution that might work better. I was not fully satisfied, and that played a role in my communication as well. I did not want to work on the projects in my home due to the quality of services. There were several times things were not done, rugs put back, areas on the floor not cleaned, and even the microwave not being cleaned.

While I respect your decision to discontinue services, I do feel the reasoning shared does not fully reflect what actually occurred. I’ve appreciated the work your team has done up to this point, and I wish you all well moving forward.

Every time we learn the new locations, they move everything. Might as well go to Ozark, since they have better inventory, and I have to learn a new floor plan anyway.
