I called this company in need of tree service in Nixa from storm damage but they flat out texted and said they were not responding which is highly unprofessional. Why have a tree business if you’re not accepting tree work. Glad I went with a different company who took care of us, and hope this review helps. Good luck

We had our trees & shrubs pruned. The prices were competitive, and the quality of work was excellent. This was a much over due project. Our neighbors even commented on how great our curb appeal was after the pruning!

Cherokee Tree pruned our overgrown Japanese Maples, shaping them into a thing of beauty. They removed dead branches from some large oak trees at NO CHARGE! This is the second time we have used these folks and are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you Cherokee Tree!!!!

Staff members have very good knowledge of all types of trees, where the tree has disease damage, caring for trees properly with pruning and they have "great personalities" along with being very professional. We would recommend them to everyone who needs quality tree service. They are also reasonable in price.

I had two trees removed and two trimmed. They showed up with 4 workers and did a wonderful job. All done in about 6 hours, clean up included. Came back a couple days later and ground the stumps. Highly recommend Will use again.

I am beyond thrilled with the work that Tim and his crew did on trimming my huge maple tree They even cleaned up my big pile of limbs that had fallen in the past that I didn't know what to do with without me asking them to, that is amazing customer service! Within a couple of days, the guys took down two very large trees and the stumps and roots were turned into mulch. It started to rain and the guys stayed and completed the work. Tim bid the lower price of 3 others in the area. Would recommend you give Cherokee a call.

On Monday Aug. 10th at 3:10 AM a huge maple tree fell on our house and caused extensive damage. Cherokee Tree Co. was called in to remove the tree and clean up all the tree debris. Tim was here on Monday and started work immediately. This was a really big project as it was estimated the tree might have weighed 60,000 pounds! The tree was removed by noon on Wednesday and the yard completely cleaned up. Tim and his crew did a really great job and we are exceedingly grateful. Having taken care of the tree issue, we are now ready to restore the house. Five stars to Tim and his crew!!

Wow, what an excellent tree service!! I highly recommend this company for tree care. The staff was highly professional and cordial. Even the cleanup was above and beyond not to mention a few extras. We got an estimate in early fall and were informed that they were busy and that they would be here after first of the year. They came out the first week did the job cleaned up after doing the job, even picked up small stuff that had fallen during our breezy days. Were very professional and showed respect to our property and us,, you know how sometimes the language can get a bit off. On original visit were told that tree was not bad and that it could be saved and made to look good again, well looks great even without leaves on it. Cleared limbs overhanging house and driveway so now we don't have that worry and such.

The owner, Tim Crews, is an ISA certified Arborist. He knows how taking care of your trees should be done. He and his crew are professional, hard working, knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. There is a lot of value for the money paid. Oh and they do an amazing job of cleaning up when they are done!

We called Cherokee Tree Care when two of our red maples began to split down the middle. They came out immediately and were able to put a bolt (that's right, a bolt. who knew!?) in the trunk and saved both of our trees. That was two years ago and the trees are thriving. The folks at Cherokee Tree know their stuff and are extremely professional. Would highly recommend!

Cherokee Tree Care helped us out not once but twice with trees falling during bad storms. They respond quickly and do a great job. Very impressed with the amazing customer service. I highly recommend.

My husband was cutting a tree near our garage when it started leaning toward the garage roof. He felt uncomfortable going on without help. He called Mike’s Tree Service, who had recently done some work for us; they did not have their crew available but recommended this company. Their minimum was $150 but they could be out within an hour. Two young guys came out promptly and quickly felled the tree and another one nearby. They were very nice and efficient, although they had to borrow my husband’s chain saw because they forgot theirs.

Tim and Cherokee Tree Care was recommended by another tree service when I needed help soon. They were prompt and knowledgeable about my tree care needs. I have used their service for a few years now. I put all my trust in them and my trees are beautiful!

I hired Cherokee Tree Care when I purchased my home and months later, I am still so pleased with the work they did deadwooding and cleaning up two very neglected large trees. It's made a huge difference, not just in the appearance of the trees, but their safety. Every time we have serious weather, I see limbs down all over my neighborhood, but none in mine. They didn't leave any gouges in the yard, and not even a stick was left behind. I could tell the crew were professionals and really knew what they were doing. They also knew what time of year was safe for each of the trees to avoid disease risk-- something two other companies I had gotten quotes from didn't mention at all. Top-quality company I would recommend to anyone.

I had reached out to Cherokee for a prior tree removal and due to timing, had a different business do the removal prior to getting the lower bid from Cherokee. Swore I would use them the next time. Very fair cost and quick service to cut down 3 trees. They even cleaned up the area which I had not expected. I will certainly use them again for any tree removal needs!

Cherokee Tree trimmed an old white oak tree in my yard. It's a huge tree and important to us. I trusted them to know what they were doing and do it right. I was very pleased with their work! They seemed very knowledgeable which put my mind at ease. I have and continue to recommend Cherokee Tree.
