We have trusted Cherokee Tree Care for eight years and they never disappoint. Today, they arrived early, bright-eyed and ready to prune and cable two backyard trees. Within two hours the trees look great and the yard is spic and span. The entire CTC team was exceptionally professional, courteous, safe and efficient. Team member Travis was *especially* helpful with our questions/requests. Good job guys!

The team at Cherokee Tree Care is fantastic! Tim is courteous, professional and his knowledge and care for trees is obvious. His entire crew is friendly, professional and they did a fantastic job on our tree. They cleaned the site and left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Their prices are competitive. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree care services.

I only use Cherokee Tree and have had them several times for tree pruning, removing portions of damaged trees and removal of several trees around my house. Their work is excellent every time. And I trust them to be fair and honest in their business ethics. They show up when scheduled, and do a great job. I had two trees next to my house pruned last week and had dead branches removed. When done they cleaned up and left the yard better than when they started. Trees look so much better. We had low hanging limbs over the house and over power lines coming into our house. Don’t want to see any ice storms in the future but feel much safer knowing we took steps to protect our property. Call them, you won’t regret it.

Was recommended to call Cherokee. Called on Friday afternoon and asked if someone could come by and take a look at my Sugar Maple as it had the top branches blown out of it on Wednesday or Thursday with the heavy winds. Need to get it cleaned up and have the wound cut out.
Spoke with someone who sounded nice and capable. She said she could not get anyone out that day, which I totally understood, but stated she would have someone come by Monday.
Nobody showed up. Guess they had bigger more important jobs, which I get. However, a phone call to let me know so I could start to find another company would be the professional thing to do. It is not that hard. Dealt with tree companies before, this one is no different than the guy who knocks on your door cause they are "in the neighborhood doing some work" in my opinion.
3/25/2025 - they called today to come by and take a look. I informed Tyler I already had another company scheduled to look at my tree tomorrow. At least they cslled back. Upgrading their review to a 3.

Amanda from Cherokee Tree is so helpful on my trees. If I have a concern I can text her the photo and she re- affirmed me if it's a concern, if needed she addressed the solution back to me. Replies promptly. I love that in her service.

Mike and his team made quick easy work of cutting down three very tall and dangerous trees nearby our garden ensuring the property was in great shape when they were done! so thankful for their services! Great crew to work with! Yeah, but he is my cousin he did it for like almost

I've used these guys twice now over the last few years to trim a big tree in my front yard. They've done a great job both times. I couldn't be happier.

I was quoted to have a few trees removed from my property. The estimate was reasonable.

However, I tried emailing and calling their office several times, requesting a date and time to have it done.

No responses after several weeks of attempting to contact them. Avoid avoid avoid!

Have used Mike's Tree Service several times. Have had two large tree's removed and trimmed remaining tree's. My yard looked better after they left then before they got there. Bonus is owner is a veteran, support our vet's!

Mike's Tree Service did a fantastic job with trimming and pruning a MASSIVE tree that was a big undertaking. The workers knew exactly where to cut and at what angle so that the limbs fell in a way that was not destructive or damaging to other things nearby. Even though the wait was a bit longer to get them out here due to other jobs they had before ours, it was definitely worth it. I was also informed a few days prior as to what day they would be out so that I could plan accordingly. Thank you!
