They installed a sump pump to prevent future flooding in our basement. They were prompt, professional, and efficient and actually finished several hours earlier than predicted. We will use them again for other problems if needed.

KC Waterproofing is amazing! I misread the date of my service they were able to get me in that weekend so I could have additional work done on my basement the following Monday. I am so happy with the work they did, Mario was great and always showed up on time and does exceptional work. The communication with the office staff is also really great and I never felt in the dark about the work I was having done. Overall I will be recommending them to anyone who needs foundation work!

I recommend KC Waterproofing. They kept me informed as the job went along. They started and ended as they had said. Cleaned up each day before they left. Price was fair and they were able to stabilize walls without excavation which was good so I didn’t have to deal with landscaping. Fran and Julian were professional and easy to work with.

I needed 2 cracks sealed and two braces added to a basement wall. They told me it would be a 3-4 weeks, but they had some slots come up sooner so I was able to move my appointment up. I had a 3 man crew come in, and it only took a couple of hours for them to complete. I’m very satisfied with the job they did.

Starting from the free estimate I was impressed. They gave me multiple options to deal with the problem based on my budget. When I chose the least expensive option, there was no pressure to "upgrade". They were very personable and available for any questions I had throughout the whole process. Had an awesome experience! They installed carbon fiber straps in my basement on 2 walls, installed the proper drainage, new basement windows, cleaned up crawl space and installed a new sump pump—did an amazing job. ABOVE & BEYOND! Super professional, friendly, and fast. Everything was explained clearly, no surprises, and they left the place spotless. We’ve had some rain since and not a single drop inside.
