Braco electrical is amazing! I was panicked because of it being the weekend when my circuit went out but Austin came out within a few hours of my calling (even though it was a Saturday) and quickly solved my issue. He was so gracious and helpful! I will definitely use their services in the future if I have any electrical needs. Thank you!!

One of my kitchen outlets shot flames out close to midnight. I called every major electric company, all of which said they did same day appointments, and no one could come for at least a week. But Braco did! I was referred to from another small electrical business because I was hoping to also have an electrician who would wear a face mask in the house, as I live with and care for my mother who was hospitalized recently with a respiratory virus. The electrician who came was fast, courteous, and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. It was really a life saver, and now I can use my kitchen again.

Braco sent out a technician named Brandon and Zach to fix our outlet that caught on fire. Unfortunately, my father and mother aren't the greatest at technology and are elderly and accidently scheduled two electricians for the job. Two companies came out and the other electric company completed the job and my father and mother were now stuck with TWO bills from two companies. Thankfully Braco only charged my father and mother half price for the service that was completed by the other electric company. Thank you for reading my review.

I was very pleased with Braco Electrical and would highly recommend them. I plan to use them for my future electrical needs. It all starts with Brandon, he is easy to work with, responded quickly to my request for an estimate, the estimate was easy to understand and was priced competitively. Throughout the process he offered suggestions to address challenges as result of materials provided by the previous contractor, even though he did not have to, he wanted to make sure the finish product was something everyone was happy with and proud to show to our friends and family.

The electricians Zach and Braden did a great job with the installation. I was very please with the quality work and they were very conscientious about doing it right. Unlike many contractors, they took the time to clean the area after installation just like it was their home. Zach and Braden were very professional, friendly and easy to engage and ask questions.

I am very satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Braco Electrical from start to finish with the installation of my generator. Braco’s knowledgeable and helpful staff provided information and kept me informed during every step of the process. I appreciate all the hard work and definitely recommend Braco Electrical as my experience was exceptional.

Used them once so far. They do billing in two ways. Time and materials and by the project. Time and materials is higher for the first hour then each additional hour has a lower cost.

After explaining what the reason for my call they suggested time and materials. Then was told that the person who would come out would be able to look at my initial need and then talk about projects. I thought that meant this person would take down the info and then be able to provide a quote later.

Aaron was the one who came out and he was great. He answered all the questions I had about the initial job. I am very happy with the service he provided.

But when it came to talking about the future projects I was told I’d need to call back in to the office and the boss would need to come out and see what I wanted and quote prices. This is a 4 star review because that is not what I expected.

This makes me hesitant about calling back to talk about future projects because I don't want to possibly pay for another initial visit or a fee for just someone to come out and see what I want done.

Prompt, friendly, and professional employees who really take pride in their work. The pricing was very fair and they handled all the permitting and coordinating with Ameren which made this whole process seamless. Will absolutely be using them for any future electric needs and have already recommended them to a few friends.

We had to have our mast replaced due to a neighbors tree causing damage. Braco was responsive, fast with scheduling had great communication.

Braco installed my Tesla Wall Charger which included adding a 60 amp breaker and running the wiring from the electric panel to the garage. Their quote was very reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding including post install cleanup)! Overall, a top notch job!!!

I would highly recommend using Braco for your electrical contracting needs. They showed up when they said they would and had great communication (Hard to find these days). No BS electrical contractor that knows what you need and pulls all necessary permits on your behalf. Thanks Brandon and crew for getting my family squared away and powering up our new home!

Had a lighting strike, which caused a partial electrical outage in my home. Called Braco in the late morning on a Friday, and they were still able to get Aaron out that afternoon. Aaron contacted me soon after and came over. He was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the issues quickly and was able to resolve that day. Truly appreciate the great work and customer service.

Braden and Zach were here today to install a wall charger for us today. These are outstanding men who do top notch work. We are planning to ask them back for a separate project in the near future. Would definitely recommend them!

Braco truly saved us when we were in a bind. Our AC stopped working on a humid, 95+ degrees Saturday. Just have the company come fix it. Easy right? Well turns out the electrical was burnt out too. Cue frantic calls to every open electrician at 8pm. Which landed us with Braco. They heard my pleas and were at the house as soon as possible. 60 minutes and one new breaker later our house started cooling. So thankful!!

Very professional and high quality of work at a fair price. Braco Electrical installed a new 50A breaker in my sub-panel and a new Nema 14-50 (240V) outlet box on my carport. I didn't want conduit to be visible over the house, so Braden and Zack figured out how to get it done despite the space constraints and they were able to level the outlet perfectly over wood siding. They paid attention to detail, such as asking me if I wanted the ground up or down. Great work, I would highly recommend them.

Braco is the number one company in my area! I got estimates from 3 total companies for installation of a Tesla charger in my garage. All the other companies not only took forever to schedule my estimate but it was a pain to just get the estimate back from them. They didn’t even show up on time. Also, the other two companies told me they needed to cut into my drywall and ceiling in the basement to which I would need to repair myself. Braco was straight forward and honest with me telling me that none of that was needed. They scheduled my install right away, and they were on time when they arrived to complete the install. The gentleman I dealt with (I believe he is the owner but I forgot his name), went out of his way to get me taken care of before my new Tesla arrived. He also communicated with me multiple times after the install and personally helped me with questions on how to set my setting for charging my car. Awesome company. Very friendly experience. As well as their estimate came in well below the other companies out there because they didn’t quote me the demolition of my basement. They knew exactly what to do in my situation and did not up charge me. I can’t say it enough! Highly highly recommended!
