Needed a new panel and some extra outlets installed. Cindy the receptionist was amazing at communication and setting everything up. Brandon came out to give the estimate. After getting numerous estimates prior, I knew right away that Brandon was honest, affordable and who I was going to choose. Zack and Ethan came out to do the work the day after I accepted the estimate! They were quick, efficient, friendly and did a great job! They had excellent communication through out the day and kept us updated on the progress. Would highly recommend and they will be the first we call when we need other work done. Thanks Braco!

Overall the we were satisfied with the work done. Fantastic communication with the technicians performing the work. They were very courteous and explained any concerns during the process. My only suggestion would be that, tidying up the job site. Wiring and electrical debris from the process.

We had an electrical problem we couldn’t figure out so we called and they were able to schedule us for the next day. When the guy came out he was terrific. He looked and found the problem and was able to fix it right away. Everything about our experience was excellent. He also then installed a ceiling fan for us as well.

The Electrician was friendly and thorough and did a great job. He explained everything that he did. He stated to call if I had any questions or needed anything else. I was well pleased with the service. The Electrician went above and beyond installing the electrical service and cleaned up when he was done.

Run don't walk from this circus. They will waste as much time as possible. They will give you the run around and make excuses about providing a very simple estimate. This is your typical business practice these days. Fortunately we all have choices. This is an easy company to avoid as they simply do not care about their reputation, work, or customers. Brandon will avoid emails and calls at every turn. Found reputable company that actually does what they say. Rare in these times. Thank god we never made it to the actual work phase. Would have most likely needed the fire department.

We hired Braco Elec to run electricity from my garage to the pole barn 300' away. Zach did a fantastic job. The sub-panel is perfectly placed as is the actual 30 amp outlet. I was pleased with the estimate and even happier with the finished product. I will definitely use Braco for future electrical projects and needs.

I needed knob and tube wiring replaced on my second floor and was concerned about the amount of damage it would cause to my walls. Brandon (co owner) came out to evaluate and quote. He put my mind at ease but I was still concerned. Brandon's team (Zack, Aaron and Alex) showed up as scheduled and took control. They kept me informed every step and did an amazing job. There was extra work I needed to meet city code and they completed that for me as well. The damage was so minimal I was amazed. The work was exceptional and the customer service was amazing. I would recommend Braco for any electrical work you need.

My situation was a pretty dumb one (on my part). The Braco electrician came over because my electricity went out in a section of my house. We ran through the normal steps and none of them worked. After a while, he noticed that I was doing some crown molding work in another section of my house. He asked the timing of when I was working vs. when the lights went out. He was able to conclude that when nailing the trim up I had to have hit a wire. We went through and checked and sure enough, he was right. That is an extremely good catch that showed he was observant, knowledgeable and thorough. This is not the first time I’ve used them and it won’t be the last.

I consistently receive excellent service, and this instance was no exception. After reaching out on Sunday outside of regular hours and leaving a message, they called me back first thing Monday morning and dispatched a technician the same day. Excellent work.

They did a great job installing our EV charger. Their prices were in line with everyone else we got a quote from, but I chose them because of how responsive they were. They came out to the house 2 days after I called them and we had a quote later that day. Scheduling the actual install was super easy as well. Great communication and the work seemed like it was well done. They cleaned everything up after they finished and left without a trace. They handled the permitting and we sailed through inspection. I highly recommend them.

I had a 60amp circuit installed for my hardwired Tesla EV wall connector. Had to run a circuit from breaker panel in the basement on the opposite side of my house to the garage. Took ~1.5-2 hours. Professional electricians, passed inspection with no issues, highly reccomend. 5/5 stars, thank you Braco!

Edit: adding more details - scheduling was quick and would have been within a few days if I was available to do so. Very flexible times. Inspection was set up by them and had no issues with that scheduling or the inspection itself. They picked up all trash minus the box the charger came in (which is good as it allowed me to save the instructions/manuals/etc). Total paid was also reasonable from the 3 places we contacted, slightly less than others which was the main reason for booking (within 50 dollars) as well as the clear and quick communication.
