Brock’s Tree Service provided great results in a timely manner for us. We had all intentions of getting our trees cut down in early summer, but my dad had just died and some other things got in the way. I felt bad because Brock promptly came out on a weekend to give us a bid and then I put it off until early fall. As we got to know him, we shared many connections, faith and family. The crew he had were respectful, hardworking, no monkey business kinda workers. They cleaned up everything and cut the tree trunks to specific specifications for a project I was going to use them for in the future. My experience was great. My husband and I run a commercial handyman service company, and I will be calling BTS for any projects that come up.

Inconsiderate. They have no problem blocking your driveway (when you’re not the client) and full front yard parking without asking at all. Then when you ask them to move you get an eye-roll and a laugh. While their clients driveway and road in front of their house is wide open.
I have to be able to get out in an instant if I’m to be called into the hospital.
Had I just been asked if they could block my driveway and I had been aware that would have been fine.

Awesome. Responsive. Worked quickly and did a nice cleanup. Insurance wanted limbs removed and trees removed. They understood what I needed. Also used their knowledge to suggest one add on service I had a limb on a tree I like that would endanger the tree if I left it so for 200 more we guaranteed the safety of the tree i was keeping. Employees were courteous and nice

Came out to the house for snow removal! Very quick and professional.

They were to use a laser and then make it so my yard would drain like it should. I now have rock in middle of yard, weeds coming up between rock, yard is still soaked, the sod wasnt cut in, the gutters were to have hoses attached underground and smooth drainage, done so we could mow over, all three gutters are a mess, sod is a big glob, drain thing sticking up, u cant mow over that. Rick Peine finally after weeks of calling him, called me back and said he would take cake of it, 'give him two weeks'. It's been 4 weeks, no word, and for two weeks I've tried again to get ahold of him he hasn't answered text, call, voicemail, nothing. I took him at his word, he said he would make this right. And he has not, I'm so heartbroken. What do I do now?

Since Peine Lawn Care started servicing my building it's always been taken care of, I haven't had to worry about it !!! They have been servicing my account for several years I don't have to wonder if it's been done, I don't have to check, I know that the job is done and done right! Ricky and his team went above and beyond your typical retaining wall install at our house. They took the time to really investigate our walkout basement situation and used their expertise to build some beautiful walls in addition to designing a drainage solution that completely solved our wet basement issues. They are easy to work with, fast, knowledgeable, and honest. I would highly recommend you talk with Ricky first if you're thinking about any landscaping or hardscaping project!

Beyond pleased with the retaining wall they built! Job was done in one day with everything cleaned up and ready to go. Very professional, explained everything that was being done as they went along. I am now going to also have them do my Spring cleanup and mulch. Don't look any farther, call them for all your outdoor landscaping/hardscaping!

This is my first season using them for my lawn and it will NOT be the last. They do amazing work and they are always here on the scheduled day, unless there is something they have to move it for and then they let you know. If you are looking to hire someone then look no further.

What a great experience. Very good communication, fair pricing and exceptional work. When he had the opportunity during the job, he used his equipment to do little extra things for me around the property. Spread dirt and seed, pushed over a dead tree, anything he saw needed done. Great work ethic. And he built our wall to last. Highly recommend and plan to use them again.
