#1 Plumbing Company of St Louis. I would personally vote them the Contractor of the Year. They respond quickly, are easy to get a hold of, and come when they say they will. My best experience using a plumber as a builder for thet 20 years. Highly recommend!

I have used Flowmasters Plumbing on three houses I have rehabbed in the last year. Their pricing is always up front. They get their work finished during the timeline I need it. I will getting a bid from them this week for my next rehab.

They were super busy after a holiday freeze, but were able to recommend Darryl from Flo Pro Drain Cleaning LLC to come out and fix my frozen/busted shower pipe. Great quality and price.

Outstanding! I had an emergency situation come up and this company quickly assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done and then got to work. Since this involved piping and a gas leak, I was very concerned. The Tech, Shawn, explained what he was doing as the repair progressed and, when done, gave me a clear summary. Problem solved! The invoice for all he did was very reasonable! I’m so appreciative of this company and Shawn! I have no hesitation in recommending them!

The owner of Flowmasters Plumbing did work in my home, without a signed quote from me or a verbal request from me, with the job totaling more than double what the quote was, and he never called me to give me the heads up that it was going to be over the quoted amount. He took NO ACCOUNTABILITY for doing the work, without a signed quote from me OR a verbal request from me, the home owner, but expected me to still pay for it. Thankfully, he ended up adjusting the bill to merely cover his costs, but he drug his feet on getting the revised invoice to me AND drug his feet on getting the final inspection done for the plumbing permit, thereby preventing the buyers of my home from being able to get their occupancy permit by the day of the closing of the sale of the house. I had used him for sewer lateral work in my home back in 2013, but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN!

When I called Flowmasters Plumbing, and heard the quoted price for what I wanted, I was a bit concerned about the pricing as it was higher than I anticipated. I mentioned I would shop around for competitive prices. Later, I asked if this was a "small business owned" establishment, and Crystal, one of the employees there said it was. As a business minded person that I am, I immediately decided I would proceed with their services without much debate and support their business. Jim, and then later Curtis, Master Plumber, were pleasant people to work with and they both were generous and humble people and they got what I needed done. Jill was great as well dealing with the accounting aspect of my request. I may not need anymore services for a good while, but at least I know a few good people to rely on when I need. Mike/owner of Flowmasters Plumbing is awesome to work with!! He ran whole house plumbing and gas lines for my new construction home. He worked with my subd HOA about boring across the street to install water. The excavation ditches were dug and covered extremely well. Patched the road and all looks seamless. Mike really cares about his work and I would give him 10 stars if I could. Super happy with Flowmasters Plumbing. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with Flowmasters Plumbing. I experienced some flooding during our recent cold snap from a frozen pipe that carried water from a sump pump. I thought I was in big trouble. Flowmasters Plumbing promptly responded to my call, diagnosed the problem as relatively minor, and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Flowmasters Plumbing.

This company provided a quote. My problem is it wasn’t the quote I asked for. He provided my son a quote for task that I didn’t want to be completed and when my son stated that wasn’t what we wanted they never called back or provided the quote we asked for. They are not a company that would refer to anyone. I texted the tech and he never responded. They are in responding. Find a reliable company they are not it.

Haven’t actually worked with them directly. I was scheduled an appt with them through my home warranty. I had to leave multiple voicemails with them and even got a “text me please” from them while trying to find a new appt time. Very unprofessional. They don’t work past 3pm so if you have a job good luck finding a time with them.

Carnell and his team installed a 75 gallon gas heater that needed replacement . From start to finish it was done professionally and was a very satisfying experience.I would recommend them without reservations.The county inspection that followed found their work upto the mark.

I woke up & my basement was flooded my neighbor told me to call Brotherhood & they came within an 1hr. Mind you it was 12am in the morning. Thanks you guys so much.

Plumbing work was contracted out to this company via our Home Warranty plan. The actual plumber, Cody is awesome. He's been patient, attentive & has done great work. One star rating is due to the unprofessionalism of the supervisor, Cornell. He's been non responsive, hard to get a hold of... We are having to call or text multiple times to get a simple answer of when the plumber will actually arrive. After calling twice & texting in one day, we received a text stating, "I'll call you shortly", yet we did not receive any communication back. Another call was made the next day and we were finally able to speak to Cornell. Additionally when calling, we are unable to leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full. Again, the actual plumber who completed the work was wonderful and this review is not a reflection on him. It's unfortunate that the supervisor has made this experience so terrible.

They have been so helpful! Our warranty company has been a pain to deal with but we were finally able to get someone schedule to come out to the house to replace the water heater for us.
The initial guy came out (Anthony) and looked at our 38 yo water heater and told us what to expect from the warranty company. Great guy!
That first visit was on Friday and they are already back out here on Monday to help us out again! We are getting our new water heater installed today them too.
Both guys so far have been customer service friendly and hard workers. We are glad our warranty company chose them!

Our kitchen sink backed up and it was an emergency. Brotherhood services came quickly. They solved the problem quickly and professionally. I would use them again and recommend them.

Incorrectly installed our shower which caused a leak. We called Rotor rooter and the person looked at the issue. They simply unscrewed the drain to take a look. This voided the warranty from brothers. They then ghosted us about repairs. Spend $15K to remodel and now we have to spend another $15K to redo everything. Would not recommend this company.
