Cant even replace the tail light on an early 2000’s model white Chevy… or use a turn signal. Why would anyone trust this company with their plumbing?

Robert was very mannerly and professional. He installed the bathroom toilet quickly and we are enjoying it. Thank you Robert😊

Had noise in pipes when turn off water. Service man came and started checking problem. He flushed stools and turned faucets on and off. Said might be pressure regulator value. Had no clue really. Said he would get with his boss and they would be back. Next thing I heard was a bill for 85.00. Have not heard from them since.

We trust Tim completely. He has saved us from emergencies and is the first person we call for improvements / new installs. His prices are fair and he always gets back with us quickly.
-
Very professional, reasonable, and reliable company. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations because of several letdowns by other plumbing companies. These guys are definitely someone you can trust.

Draper Plumbing recently did work for us and did a spectacular job. They were on time, they worked fast, and did quality work. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs you have.

Work was performed as requested. There was no communication after work was done, water heater was adjusted to scolding temperatures. Tim Draper refused to return my call the day of service as I wanted to ensure that he was paid. 10 days later, today, he approached the residence quite aggressively, became belligerent within the first sentence and cursed me out. Is this your plumber?? Stay off my property.

Fully intended to have them install a water heater for me. Left them a message on website to call me and left a voicemail for a return call. No returned call at all and it's been 3 or 4 days. Mike Wheeler Heating and Air actually answered the phone when I called him and installed the water heater the next day. I would have at least appreciated a phone call back if you were too busy so I could move on to the next guy.

I believe his name was Brandon that came. I originally thought it was going to be a simple job, turned out to be a lot more complicating than I expected. Eehhh. This was my first time ever needing a plumber. Brandon reassured me it was fine, he'd get to it quickly. He did, indeed. He did a great job, very professional, very friendly. I highly recommend them.

We had our whole house backed up. I called Draper plumbing 7:15 am. They were very busy but managed to be at our home in 15 minutes. I will never call anyone but them.
They Protected our floors. Two young men that worked very hard for five hours. They could not have been
More professional or polite.
We were expecting a huge bill but it was so reasonable we are still amazed.
Thank you Draper Plumbing -
Draper Plumbing came highly recommended, but because of carelessness and poor communication on charges, we will not use their services again. His employee dropped a tool which chipped our new toilet. He also left a mess of dirt and metal pieces on the floor and discarded salt from the old water softener in our tub. The toilet was replaced, but I had to clean up the mess left behind. Recently, our water didn't have its softened feel. I called Mr. Draper to get his advice and asked if I should have a local company run a free test on the water first. He said that his employee could run the same test when he checked the system. After I asked about the cost, he said not to worry about that now, that we should find out what was going on first and discuss it later. His words indicated to me that this was a free assessment of the problem, and I assumed any expenses would be part of fixing the issue. The employee looked in the tank, tested the water, and said the system was working fine. He charged us $65, an expense I was trying to avoid when I asked about taking a sample to be tested first. Mr. Draper should have explained how the system would be checked (a water test) and clear about the cost. In addition, rather than having a card reader to take our payment, the employee wrote down all of my credit card information including the security code on the receipt. Depending on how the receipt was handled, this may be against PCI guidelines which are in place to protect customer credit card information, and it certainly puts it at risk of being misused if it is left out for others to see.
