Longs Refrigeration is an amazing company to work with. From our the first meeting with Mr. Long for our new system, their crew provides a spring and fall maintenance program, and warranty care.
Our recent encounter was an "Evening Emergency". Without batting an eye they came to our rescue. Josh Lewis arrived with a smile on his face. He found the problem in quickly and made the repair, to get us by until he could get our warranty covered motor. They scheduled an appointment to install the new motor, at our convenience. Again Josh arrived, parts in hand, and made the exchange inside of 45 minutes.
If your looking for a friendly home town, customer service oriented Heating and A/C company. Make them your first call.

Fast service, same day service call, reasonable prices, and a great technician in Nick.

We needed to warranty a part for our heater and Long was super helpful throughout the whole process. When I called them I expected it would be a couple of days before they could come out but they were able to come out almost immediately. The prices are very reliable. I would recommend Long if you need any work done.

Long was quick to respond to my need to move an HVAC unit and were great at communication along the process.

Yes it was over 80 degrees in our house on a Friday night so I didn't want to wait until Monday to get a tech to the house. Nick was courteous, professional, explained his approach/options/next steps and answered a ton of questions from me. He represents Long well and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for his support in the future.
