Awesome service! I called near closing time of one day and a repair tech was at my home by the next morning. He quickly found and addressed the issue with our HVAC system and also offered some tips to improve efficiency. Great company!

I am a local attorney and can be hard to please. That being said, I have used Service Today multiple times to fix my furnace and air as well as appliances. They have been prompt, courteous to a fault and very reasonable cost wise. I have never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need and am impressed with the company's honesty. I have used other companies in the past who would charge me four times as much and be quite arrogant. I cannot recommend Service Today enough.

What a great experience! When I realized we were having issues with our water heater I was dreading making a call because I just knew it would be a hassle and run around. After receiving a recommendation for Jerry at Service Today, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was the work done in less than 24 hours from my initial call, he also handled the warranty claim for the parts and left the closet in clean condition! In addition to excellent service, the prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs!

I've used Service Today since I bought my home in 2006. I have always found them to be honest & professional, but this year 2022 they surpassed themselves. In this day of businesses trying to take advantage and not caring about their long time customers Service Today stands heads above the rest. March, 2022 I was in a collision with an out of control truck that shattered my ankle leaving me seriously injured. While recovering in a skilled nursing facility my home central AC unit began to have issues so my son called another company. That company put some freon in the unit and quoted my son a HUGE price/(thousands) to repair and/or replace the unit.
Once I was released to go home I called Jerry Brummett @ Service Today because I trust them and they had originally installed the unit in 2012. Within a day Jerry Brummett, the owner called me. I explained my problem and he scheduled a time to come check it. Jerry didn't try to sell me a new expensive condenser coil (thousands) instead he "repaired" the condenser coil for a minimal amount. Jerry Brummett's not just an honest business man, but he truly has compassion for others. I didn't think that there were many honest, good folks left, but Jerry proved me wrong. I am so grateful to him. They don't make them like that anymore!

Jeff came out on a snowy, negative temperature, Sunday to fix our furnace that went out. He was very professional and was able to fix the problem in no time and for a great price for emergency hours. We highly recommend!

I have been doing business with Knights Heating and Air for the last 5 years. They take care of my regular maintenance and preventive maintenance. They have also installed a new system for me last year replacing our 18 year old one. Every one of their technicians has been very professional and courteous. They have been very fair in pricing.

Owner called and agreed to come out and install a float switch and do some general maintenance on the unit. I appreciate him making this effort. Although this won’t fix the damage that has already occurred, it will help prevent this issue in the future.

Company installed a unit several years ago for me. Part of it was installed in the attic. The company failed to install emergency shut off switches incase the water backs up in the pan. This has caused $11,000 in damages. The owner refuses to come back to fix the negligent install.

I used the Knight Heating & Air in Nixa. They were GREAT! The hottest day of the year, my air conditioner quit blowing. He repairman was on time, took less than 20 minutes to diagnosis. He had the part that needed replaced and had it working in no time. He was extremely polite and professional. I completely recommend Knight heating & Air Conditioning!

Woke up to a furnace that wasn’t working. My husband called Knight and they were able to come out the same day. He was at work, but I was working from home, so my schedule was pretty flexible. However, I did have one video conference during the day and, of course, that’s when the technician showed up. I felt bad because I pretty much rushed him to the furnace so I could get back to my meeting. Ten minutes later, he was done and I rushed him out the door. Even though I was not the ideal customer today, Mark was professional and understanding of my situation. He did a great job getting my furnace working. And he left the area clean and turned out all the lights when he left. Definitely recommend.

Knight Heating & Air replaced my Heating and Air system at my home and did an excellent job. Everyone From Dan Knight and his crew were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have worked with many HVAC contractors in my career and I was very impressed with the service and quality of the workmanship. I personally would rate them a 10 out of 10. it was a pleasure to do business with this company.

I was referred by a different heating and cooling company to call Knight Heating & Air per the other company did not do the work we needed done. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had from A to Z with the Quote estimate from Ken and assistant (sorry I forgot his name), Stephanie in the office who was always available to answer any questions and then the crew Jake, Clayton, Austin & Alex were AMAZING!!!!!! I had to call their boss to let them know how awesome they all were. 5 stars for sure, I would recommend this company.

We were very pleased with Knights. From Brandon, The person that came and gave us the estimate, Stephanie in the office and on the phone, The installers and everyone else that we had contact with, they were all pleasant, efficient and we felt like it was a competitive fair price. We will call them for any of our HVAC needs in the future.

We needed a total HVAC replacement, including the addition of a new trunk line and some duct repair/replacement. Ken was very patient with us during the bidding process, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the exact system that we wanted. Our installation technicians were on time, very professional, and got the job done quickly! We appreciate the exceptional service we received from start to finish, and recommend Knight for all of your HVAC needs.

The two man crew who came to my home on December 22nd were very professional and efficient. I envisioned that replacement of my fiberboard return air ducts and the connecting ductwork would take a long time but they got right to work and got her done in just a few hours. Already the airflow is improved and my heat pump and furnace are running far less than previously. I wish I could remember the names of the workers but I thank both and especially Brandon who inspected, designed and bid the project. God bless each of you!

We’ve used Knight Heating since we moved to the area over 26 years ago. When we moved in we had a electric furnace and a A/C unit. The furnace started giving us problems like no heat, Knight was able to keep it running, when the A/C unit failed, Dan Knight recommend a heat pump. We purchased the heat pump and have been pleased with its performance. When Knight offered the Royal Customer Maintenance program we joined and again we’re pleased the service it provides. Knights employees from the office staff to installation and maintenance personnel have always been courteous, prompt and willing to go that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with their service.

Easy to work with, and competitively priced. Received a referral from a friend and happy with our choice to go with Knight heating and air to replace our central heat and air system that was 27 years old. They made additional recommendations that other companies did not, and was very knowledgeable about hvac and how to make it more efficient.

Knight made a thorough proposal for the full replacement of our furnace and A/C that provided good information. They answered our questions in erms we understood. The proposed price was fair and they helped us apply for rebates from our utility provider.
The installers were efficient and didn't waste time. When they were done, they cleaned up thoroughly.
