I had both of my 25 year old HVAC systems die on me in the hottest days of this summer. Knight Heating and Air were quick to respond and save me from melting to death. Ken and Stephanie were able to set me up with a portable unit until Austin and Bradley could install the permanent units. They worked tirelessly through the heat and humidity (especially in the attic!) to get everything done. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent! I highly recommend this service and their people!

We have used Knight for 20+ years for our HVAC maintenance and repairs and have always been happy with their service. When it came time to replace our system we didn't think twice about who to call. Knight's team was exceptional. They made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Thanks to Ken, the guys that installed the units and a huge thank you to Stephanie!

The situation was evaluated and two options offered. Everything was installed in one day and the functional part of the system was kept for someone else to use. Nicely done!

The technician was performing our annual maintenance He found some minor issues that could have become major issues if they had gone unnoticed.

The installers were very courteous, cleaned up after installation completely, let me know when they were arriving and departing the 2 days of installation, and showed me how to use thermostat and showed me the new furnace and air conditioner. I am very pleased with Knights, and appreciate their good service.

I normally do not leave reviews but, KH&A really stepped up and earned this review. After having our mini-split for about a year and a half, it just quit. The tech (Chris) was great to work with right from the start. Diagnosed the bad circuit board, got a new one, then figured out the compressor was also affected by the bad board. Compressor replaced and all was good. We did receive a bill for the service call but with a credit from Carrier (the company stepped up also), there was still a balance. After a couple phone calls we were surprised that they would just forgive the labor because they, “Just didn’t think we should have to pay a bill after roughly 18 months.” Was not expected at all. Thank you Stephanie, Sam, Chris and everyone at Knight Heating and Air. Top notch people and service!

Brett was the technician that serviced our AC and Furnace units. He was on time, efficient and very professional. Brandon was very helpful in explaining all aspects of needing to install a new unit. Stephanie and Sherry in the office were always very kind and helpful during our entire process of getting new heating and air and working with our insurance company. All of the installation crew worked very efficiently and cleaned up after the install. I would highly recommend Knight Heating and Air!

Cost was half what was quoted by two well known competitors. Ken was great to work with - an honest, customer oriented professional rather than a slick salesman. The techs who did the installation were polite, friendly, and obviously knowledgeable and experienced. I am very happy with the service I received from Knight’s.

Knight Heating and Air installed a new a/c and furnace for us in April 2024. The process was easy and clear from quote to installation, and an excellent value. They didn’t try to sell us more options than we needed, and were great about finding us discounts. Knight Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC system for us yesterday. ALL of the employees with whom we worked were exceptional.. They considered our needs and worked to get the system installed as quickly as possible. Daryl and Jack were the young men who worked tirelessly on an extremely hot day. They were skilled and courteous and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Daryl and Jack and the Knight company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.

They were recommended by the supplier for a problem with my tankless water heater/boiler. The tech sent out was very professional & friendly. He was good at explaining what the problem was & getting it fixed in a timely manner. Parts department & customer service were friendly & very helpful. Great company to work with. Would highly recommend.

Knight Heating and Air were great in all respects. They replied promptly when we called to get a bid and followed through in every step along the way to install the furnace and air conditioner. We were very pleased with their responsiveness and professional service. The service technicians arrived arrived on time, installed everything in one day and cleaned up the work area.
All office interactions with staff were excellent in how our questions were answered and responded to promptly.
Overall a great experience.

Rip off. Don't use. They put in an ac, a while later, the ac fails so we call knight back, they quoted us a price to fix it, they came out and fixed what they said they were going to but charged us almost $1,000 over what they quoted us. Would not stand on their quote now they won't service us anymore because they won't honor their quotes

My AC unit went out, so we had multiple companies give us bids. Knight Heating and Air was the most reasonable bid for a new Trane furance and AC unit. Stephanie and Ken were both awesome! They went above and beyond by letting use a portable ac unit over a holiday weekend until our new system was installed. This was my first time using Knight Heating Air, and I will be using them from this point on!

they were very helpful in helping us get the furnace we could afford yet being a good furnace. They didn’t charge for the house call in relight pilot light. they kept our furnace going til they could repair it. wonderful!!!

This company exceeded my expectations! It was time to replace my 30 year old HVAC system so I checked around with friends and they all gave the thumbs up on Knight. The entire process was made easy with the estimate from Ken, Install by Michael and the back office support coming from Stephanie. Each and everyone of them communicated what they were going to do and completed it on time with excellent quality. Top notch people to deal with....thanks team!!

We were very impressed with the entire process from start to finish. The estimate was very complete showing different upgrades and fairly priced making it easy to make an informed decision. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job of installing the furnace and A/C. We are pleased with the completed project and would highly recommend Knight HVAC to anyone.

We've had to call Knight's a handful of times... some when we rented, and just recently with our first summer in our home. They have always been so professional, friendly, and efficient. No one wants air conditioning issues in the dead of summer, but calling Knight's to help makes things feel a little less dire! Thank you, guys!!!!

Knight Heating and Air installed our new 5-ton hvac with dehumidifier; along with 96% efficient 2-stage furnace and added cold-air return we choose. Our home is 29 years old.
The project was on time and seamless, very professional, with very knowledgeable (and kind) staff all around. Brandon and Austin with Aaron, and of course, Stephanie, are the best at what they do with managing, tech install, and paperwork. The discounts we were eligible for helped for sure. Highly recommend Knight team for installation and/or their great twice-yearly maintenance plan that includes new 4” filters. Our home no longer gets dusty.

It was 84 degrees in my house and Chandler came out, cleaned my air conditioning unit and added the coolant I needed to get my air conditioner working properly again! He was so nice and professional! I would recommend them to anyone! I’m so happy my house is cool again!
