It is very rare that a company far exceeds my expectations, but Knight Heating And Air took such exceptional care of us that I’d leave them a ten star review if I could. Brandon, our sales rep, was able to get our warranty company to pay out by some miracle after they denied our claim three times saving us $6000! The day of installation, Micheal and Nick arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and left all the areas they worked on cleaner than when they arrived, which is very rare nowadays with most vendors. I honestly could not be happier with our experience. I own several small businesses, and I know how important customer service is and your customer service (in addition to your quality and follow through) is second to none. Even sherry, in your accounts payable department was so pleasant to work with! You have earned my business for life. I’ll definitely be sharing my experience will all my business and investor friends.

*To others reading this review don’t waste your time working with anyone else, we had three other vendors bid this job and none of them were willing to work with our warranty company and help us out. We spent two months without AC this summer which was a nightmare. Knight Heating And Air stepped up and made it happen. They are hands-down the best around.*

Each person that I've had contact with from the office personnel to the installers to the service tech, has been pleasant, friendly and helpful. Patiently answered all our questions, addressed our concerns and never rushed us or tried to influence the choice we made in regards to our unit. You will not be disappointed with the quality of their work or the service they give.

Knight Heating & Air did a wonderful job. They did a full switch out on my furnace and ac and everything went great. The initial bid from Ken for the job was very thorough and very informative. The 3 gentlemen that did the work were very professional and very courteous.

Installers arrived on time and had new furnace & A/C unit installed in record time including cleaning condensation lines & repairing leak. Installed some new duct work under house. Leveled A/C unit on new base with shot rock underneath. Employees were friendly & knowledgeable about Trane units they were installing.

We have always had great service from Knight. We recently had a new A/C unit installed, 8+ yrs ago we had a new furnace installed. We had an estimate from another company for A/C and Knight offered the best price. From the time we accepted their bid to installation was approximately 2 weeks. The installers arrived on time and completed their work in about 4 hrs. They were curious, professional and removed the old unit and debris. So far the system seems to be working very well. I could tell immediately that it was blowing much stronger and cooler than the old unit (which we believe was 30+ yrs old) and the condenser is practically silent compared to the old unit. We're expecting this unit to be more efficient and economical. I would recommend Knight Heating and A/C and we will continue to use their services.

The Service agent went above and beyond just changing out the filters. He tested both heat and air on all systems and all levels of the house, and performed an electrical load test to assure it was good to go for the season. That is much appreciated before winter starts.

Knight was there when our other brand heat pump would not work. They were very thorough and did a great job. We are so grateful for how they scheduled it to be installed as soon as our old one was removed. Thank you! We are very happy with our Trane!

Several people I work with recommended Knight and I'm glad they did. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and started the replacement of my furnace, AC unit, and hot water heater a few days later. It took two days to complete. Everyone from the sales person to the office to the installers were very professional. They even went the extra mile and reconfigured the room to fit the furnace and hot water heater as it should have been when the house was built. Overall, Knight did a great job! Highly recommend!

Brandon came out to write the proposal. He was very informative and I did not feel like he tried to sell me on something I didn’t need. I genuinely enjoyed talking with him. When it came time to replace my HVAC Michael was professional and kept my home clean. They prioritized getting my heat hooked up first. Overall I was very happy with the whole experience. 10 out of 10 would do again! Thank you everyone at Knight for such a great new HVAC system!

Knight came out and repaired my furnace right before the arctic blast this week. My unit had a couple of issues. With the help of technician Chris, the unit was repaired just before the cold weather. I would highly recommend Knight, especially Chris who is their top senior tech. Thank you Chris for keeping my home warm during this arctic blast

Mike put together the latest in HVAC technology to turn our old sauna house into a meat locker cool house. You will find no one more honest and diligent .....call, even if they are busy it is worth the wait to get it done or fixed properly and at a fair price.
