    Kwik Dry was actually the 2nd carpet cleaning service I had come out. The first company gave me a quote over the phone and when the technician came out he slowly added almost $100 to the original price. I am glad we were not in a rush and had used Kwik Dry instead. The quote was the quote, there were no hidden fees and out technician was awesome, very friendly and professional. Kwik Dry will be the only company we use and already recommended them to neighbors and family!

    The employee who did our work was very personable. I think he was a little rushed and left 2 of registers on the floor and not screwed back into the wall. The return was also jammed with a cable under it, making it very difficult to remove the return. There was a LOT of dust cleanup around each register that I hadn’t expected to do. I can understand a few dust bunnies here and there, but this was a bit much. Not sure if any disinfectant was used for the vents as advertised. Overall not bad for the price. Edit: The reply below from the company to contact me never happened. I most likely will try to find a different company next time.

    This company employs scammer technicians. I made an appointment for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. The technician, Glenn arrived at our home and counted our vents… he said 30 vents which is $600. Plus, I asked for my dryer vent to be cleaned as well. He brought the air duct cleaning machine in my home and took off one vent on my main level and started to clean the vent. I told him I had to run some errands and left him alone in my home to continue the work. Ten mins after I left he took the duct cleaning machine back to his van. I only know this because I have cameras installed on the outside of my house. When I came back home 45 mins later he said he was completely done with the air duct cleaning. At that point I could visibly see dust inside my vents and when I asked him why he got defensive and said he was highly rated. He insisted that he performed a $700 air duct cleaning service in one hour. He tried to get me to pay him $1100 total for the vent cleaning and a few rooms of carpet cleaning, I asked him for an itemized invoice which he could not provide. The manager I spoke to about the situation was very apologetic and took the scam air duct cleaning fee off my bill. If you use this company be on point and don’t let them send an unqualified technician to your home.
