Kwik Dry was actually the 2nd carpet cleaning service I had come out. The first company gave me a quote over the phone and when the technician came out he slowly added almost $100 to the original price. I am glad we were not in a rush and had used Kwik Dry instead. The quote was the quote, there were no hidden fees and out technician was awesome, very friendly and professional. Kwik Dry will be the only company we use and already recommended them to neighbors and family!

The employee who did our work was very personable. I think he was a little rushed and left 2 of registers on the floor and not screwed back into the wall. The return was also jammed with a cable under it, making it very difficult to remove the return. There was a LOT of dust cleanup around each register that I hadn’t expected to do. I can understand a few dust bunnies here and there, but this was a bit much. Not sure if any disinfectant was used for the vents as advertised. Overall not bad for the price.

Edit: The reply below from the company to contact me never happened. I most likely will try to find a different company next time.

This company employs scammer technicians. I made an appointment for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. The technician, Glenn arrived at our home and counted our vents… he said 30 vents which is $600. Plus, I asked for my dryer vent to be cleaned as well. He brought the air duct cleaning machine in my home and took off one vent on my main level and started to clean the vent. I told him I had to run some errands and left him alone in my home to continue the work. Ten mins after I left he took the duct cleaning machine back to his van. I only know this because I have cameras installed on the outside of my house. When I came back home 45 mins later he said he was completely done with the air duct cleaning. At that point I could visibly see dust inside my vents and when I asked him why he got defensive and said he was highly rated. He insisted that he performed a $700 air duct cleaning service in one hour. He tried to get me to pay him $1100 total for the vent cleaning and a few rooms of carpet cleaning, I asked him for an itemized invoice which he could not provide. The manager I spoke to about the situation was very apologetic and took the scam air duct cleaning fee off my bill. If you use this company be on point and don’t let them send an unqualified technician to your home.

We were very pleased with their service. They were right on time. The price quote was exactly what I was told. They were very professional and respectful. We plan to use them to clean our carpets in the near future. Highly recommend.

We are so thrilled with the outcome of our cleaning! Our carpets and furniture look like new and we couldn’t be happier. Kids and dogs are tough on everything but Kwik Dry came through for us! We will be booking again in the future and next time we won’t wait so long to schedule the appointment!

Glenn was really nice but I’m not sure that I would use the company again. They showed up an hour late after telling me they would be early. There was a mess left at every vent. I think the most annoying part of the experience was how they left the vents. They didn’t put all the screws back in, some vents only were left with one screw and it wasn’t fully screwed in plus I found a pile of screws they didn’t even bother putting back. I also noticed the screws they did put back didn’t go with the right vent. I’m glad my ducts are cleaned but the aftermath wasn’t professional in my opinion.

Miguel was fast, on time, and very sweet. KC Kwik Dry was able to get me in the next day so that the dryer vent would be all ready for our new dryer coming in the next day. It also was the ONLY Dryer vent cleaning company who would give me an exact estimate for the cleaning of the dryer vent only. The others just wait to up-sell you things you might not need.

My appointment was for 3pm on a Saturday and we were driving down from Iowa to meet them to clean a vacated house. Wasn’t looking forward to an extremely long day, received a call that they were ready to service the house at 1130! Both gentlemen were very respectful and professional! Very pleased with the service that was provided!

Damion was our tech who did our sofa cleaning before our newest addition arrives anytime now. He was very polite and professional and enjoyed chatting with him about his own new little daughter! Couldn’t be happier with how clean our sectional is now! Will definitely be using them again!

Very experienced team who were friendly and able to get most of tough stains out of my carpet. They explained each process to me and even provided me with a free bottle of their stain remover. I had two rooms and my couch cleaned in less than 2 hours. Floors also dried KWIK! Great efficiency! Would recommend.

The guys who completed our tile cleaning were amazing. Our white tile had almost turned black in areas. The grout was stained and didn’t look like it could be recovered. They made our tile floor look brand new. We are so happy with the result. I highly recommend this company!
