We received a mailer from Cody. He came out, have an estimate, and a good rate! Told us when they could do the work. His two workers came yesterday, were very friendly and did a quick, excellent trim of our tree. Cleaned up the mess 100% and our tree looks awesome.

Cody and I talked about the job and we discussed the price, and agreed on a fair amount. His crew was at my residence at the date and time promised. Cody's crew were very friendly and professional. They had to adjust their vehicles 2 -3 times allowing traffic to flow smoothly , and were always very courteous to anyone that pasted by. They wasted no time, completed the job ahead of schedule, and worked well together leaving no mess. My yard and the street looked like they were never there. We needed a tree removed that was dying and my landlord found Harrison tree to come give a qoute as asked and he liked the quote Cody gave him, so Cody and his crew came out ASAP an removed the whole tree. Cody and his team made quick work out of a large tree that had been leaning a little too close to the house. They carefully removed the tree and took care of the stump with very little damage to the yard! The crew was very professional and would be happy to use them in the future!

Kwik Dry was actually the 2nd carpet cleaning service I had come out. The first company gave me a quote over the phone and when the technician came out he slowly added almost $100 to the original price. I am glad we were not in a rush and had used Kwik Dry instead. The quote was the quote, there were no hidden fees and out technician was awesome, very friendly and professional. Kwik Dry will be the only company we use and already recommended them to neighbors and family!

The employee who did our work was very personable. I think he was a little rushed and left 2 of registers on the floor and not screwed back into the wall. The return was also jammed with a cable under it, making it very difficult to remove the return. There was a LOT of dust cleanup around each register that I hadn’t expected to do. I can understand a few dust bunnies here and there, but this was a bit much. Not sure if any disinfectant was used for the vents as advertised. Overall not bad for the price.

Edit: The reply below from the company to contact me never happened. I most likely will try to find a different company next time.
