The technicians did an excellent job and were extremely professional and friendly. Our carpets and furniture look like brand new! They were able to get out stains in the carpet that had been there for quite a while. I will definitely use Kwik Dry Total Cleaning again!

Glenn and Tyler came out today to clean ducts. They did a great job and took personal pride and ownership in the house.
Glenn was very communicative and professional. They arrived early which is nearly unheard of in today's age.

I had been trying to find an affordable company to clean my dryer exhaust vent, for about 3 years & no one would offer that service alone.. they wanted hundreds of dollars, to clean all the vents.. & then extra for the dryer vent. Since I have very limited finances, I couldn’t afford the kind of $ they were wanting. When I saw an advertisement in a coupon mailer envelope & called.. I was happy beyond words.. & the price was affordable! When the service provider, Glen, came out & the whole process took less than 30 min, including bringing in the equipment & removing it &.. there was No dust or mess left behind.. I called and was greeted with such polite people. Customer service was amazing, getting an appointment that was convenient for my schedule on a short notice was great. The pet stains and odor was removed and my mattress was like new again. Kane was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed for future treatment for my carpet.

Additionally he was patient when my kids crawled all over him and his equipment, answering questions and making sure that we all had a enjoyable time with him in our home. Glenn came out and did our carpet in main area of home and he was very pleasant.
We had him out a year ago and he is still the same. We just signed up to have our Air Ducts Cleaned - Wood Floor cleaned and glossed-and to have our Oriental Rug to be cleaned as well.
We signed to have carpets done every 3-6 months.
