Martin and his crew worked on my driveway today. After 20 years the void below my driveway started to show. They pumped polly and stopped the driveway from sinking in the future. They did an amazing job and could not be happier. BELLO/GONZALEZ/MATEO! THANK YOU!!!!!

We had a foundation repair and couldn't have been happier. Best bid we received. Crew arrived right on time. Worked their tails off digging by hand in hard dry clay. Performed the work exactly as described. Kept us informed all the way. Gabriel the crew supervisor must have came up the stairs a dozen times checking on the cracks in the walls and the doors that didn't close. Now our doors close and latch. The cracks are nearly gone. Finally, the work area could not have been cleaner. Thanks so much Gabriel, Gerardo, Leo, Cordero Raul, Trujillo, Edition, Cody, and Matt.

From the beginning to the finish the whole team did a great job! Matt meeting me, designing and financing my project. Then Gabriel, Leo, Gerardo, Odilio, Trujillo and Raul showed up and did an amazing and efficient job. It looks great.

As a project manager in the construction industry I can tend to be a little overbearing when it comes to hiring contractors to work on my own home. During the discovery/bid process Cody was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the issue and the options we had to remedy my problem.
Their bid came in at a fair value and below what I was as expecting so we signed the contract to move forward with the work.
Olshan installed 8 cable lock st piers to lift and stabilize our foundation.
Alejandro was in charge of the actual work on our home and he is an absolute rock star. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was performed correctly. His crew was respectful of our home and got in and out as quickly and cleanly as they could. Alejandro answered all texts and phone calls in a reasonable amount of time and always kept me in the loop. Overall, foundation work is tough but Olshan made it look easy. Cody and Alejandro were exceptional throughout the process and I trust if I ever need anything in the future they will be there for me.

The crew that showed up today had a big job to do...indoors and outdoors on this feels like 107 degrees day! Basement walls were lined and a sump pump was installed to trap and expel water coming in during heavy rains. A beautiful finish! Loads of concrete and dirt cut out and carried out for the trench and then concrete work to complete. On the other end of the house they cut out more concrete and installed a drain to carry water away from the foundation and exterior door. They were friendly and willing to work around a water heater issue and I couldn't be happier!

Great experience. Martin and his crew used their product to fill the void under my concrete front porch and to raise our driveway curb (something new for them). The curb had sunk, the cul-de-sac raised, and the drive collected water. They raised the curbing (long, thin pours) without cracking it! Now to regrade the drive and the water will drain - yeah! Very happy with the outcomes and have more work for them in the future.

We hired professionals from Olshan to replace concrete stairs from our house to an exterior concrete sidewalk. In addition, Olshan replaced the exterior concrete sidewalk. The front office was very professional and responsive. They checked in with us as the scheduled job start-date got closer. The concrete team, led by Jorge Aguirre arrived at our house on time on the scheduled day. They carefully extracted the old concrete steps and sidewalk around the adjacent flower beds and in-ground sprinkler system. They efficiently cleaned up at the end of day one. On day two, Jorge and his team arrived and installed the new concrete stairs and sidewalk. Jorge stayed on-site and supervised his team both days. They carefully smoothed and graded the newly-poured concrete and added feathering for a very professional finish. We would not hesitate to use Olshan and Jorge for any future concrete work. They did a fabulous job and charged exactly what they estimated the work to cost. Jorge even left us several bags of topsoil to grade our flowerbeds between the new sidewalk and garden surface.

I hired Olsham to level up my 38 year old home and I pointed out and marked every single crack and problem to the salesman Chris. My finished basement was noticeably dropping off in places and I emphasized I wanted it fixed.
I am a senior citizen and this was a lot of money. Several deep holes were dug on the outside and “ piers” installed.
I had spent an entire week moving everything out of the finished basement, today I was told by Chris that he never agreed to address the floor problem. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated and I asked the outside crew every single day when was the basement floors going to be addressed. I never got an answer and today I was told nothing could be done about it! Really!! Chris had a week to call me back but never did.
I feel like I got ripped off.

I'm so happy with the service that I received here in Basehor, Ks. My steps and sidewalk have been an eyesore for years and you guys fixed it within a week from my initial phone call to clean up. Robert explained everything to me at our appointment for an estimate for poly jacking and Martin and his crew (Raul, Jose, and Idayoel) did such a good job making my steps look nearly like new and did a bang up job with clean up. Raul’s crew came out the next day and did 6 foundation piers, raised the house 1/2 inch, installed a sump pump, filled a large crack with epoxy, cleaned it all up and were finished in ONE DAY! Great job! Thanks.

We needed smart jacks installed in our crawl space to help with sagging in the center of our house in Clearwater outside of Wichita. Marty came out to do the estimate and quoted us MUCH lower than two other foundation repair companies. Financing was very simple, and Gabriel, Gerardo, Odilio, Leonardo, Trujillo, and Cordero Raul did a fantastic job on the work. Our house feels much more stable and doors open easier. We had a great experience with Olshan.

We hired Olshan for foundation work in December 2023. Since then, our home has developed serious structural problems that began shortly after their work was completed, and the process of getting them addressed has been slow and frustrating.

After the installation, large gaps—about 1 inch—opened between the floors and interior walls in several rooms, including the living room and two bedrooms. Not long after, the front stoop also sank. When Olshan returned in November 2024 to lift the stoop, that repair created another issue: a nearly 4-inch gap between the stoop and the sidewalk below.

Over the last two years, Olshan representatives and management have visited multiple times (January 2024, November 2024, and August 2025). At one point, we were told to water the foundation weekly—1 to 1.5 inches—even though this was never stated as part of the contract. This was done consistently for months, with no improvement.

Because of how concerned we became, we had other independent foundation professionals look at the situation. Several contractors, whose names we are not sharing for privacy, told us the work appears to have been done incorrectly and not in line with proper foundation repair standards.

As of now, the problems still remain:
•The interior structural gaps are still there
•The sidewalk and stoop are still separated
•The underlying foundation issues have not been fixed

This has been stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. What has made it worse is not just the defective results, but the lack of urgency and accountability after repeated attempts to get this resolved over nearly two years.

We expected lasting stability and professionalism. None have been received.

Olshan-Kansas City completed a concrete leveling project at my home, and I couldn't be happier. The crew arrived exactly when promised, they carefully explained what they were going to do, did the work efficiently, and completely cleaned the work area. It looks SO much better, and I am 100% satisfied. Thanks to Martin Bello, Idaquel Gonzalez, and Gorge Muteo for a job well done!

Thank you to Olshan for leveling my house. My house was aggressively settling and my front door was pinched shut, wall cracks appearing, windows sticking. Olshan's process from start to finish exceeded my expectations. They were the company that had found the root cause of my settling compared to the two other companies I received bids from. Edgar and his crew Yovani, Wilmer, Nery, Edyson, and David did excellent work. They had to work on the outside and inside of my house. There was a area in my basement where they needed more room for digging. I had many storage bins that needed to be moved in order to make that space. The crew jumped right in and carried multiple storage bins up the stairs and out to my garage. I acknowledge they didn't have to do that in their scope of work and I appreciate their help. They did an incredible job cleaning up all the dirt in the basement and outside on the walkway. I highly recommend Olshan!

NEW POST-Olshan did such a good job on my basement I hired them again to replace my concrete front stairs. They called and asked to come a day earlier and that was unexpected and great for my schedule. The crew arrived on time removed the old stair and replaced the new and were done by 5:00 pm. They cleaned up leaving the front if my house looking like it did when they arrived. I want to thank Jorge Aguirre and his crew for being professional and doing an excellent job. If I need additional cement work I will definitely request Jorge and his crew.The stairs look great!!!
I live in Olathe Kansas so I contacted the Olshan in Raytown Missousi. Keith May came to my home to evaluate the cause of a flooded basement. Keith determined I needed wall shields, J-drain a grate and drain in my crawl spce and a sump pump. I reviewed a vrry reasonable quote and was able to schedule the work for the next week.

I was contacted by Gabriel and told he would arrive with his crew between 8 and 9 am the following day. When they arrived they covered my washer and dryer, the stairs and a sheet to keep dust from entering our living space.

It took Gabriels crew 1 1/2 days to complete the job and when they were through they cleaned up.

Gabriel kept me informed through the process. The crew was professional and courteous.

Gabriel and his crew Cordero Rail, Leonardo Trujillo and Carlos Ruiz did a great job and would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Olshan was excellent from start to finish! From Heath coming promptly to assess our situation and quote us a very reasonable price, to Chance and his crew of Carlos, Jose, Nelylin, Angel, Juan & Jorge who diligently and professionally installed 12 piers, all went extremely well! We have already referred Olshan to another party.

Martin Bello and Archie Hines arrived on time and were professional and informative. They leveled the driveway, sidewalk and two back patios. They politely asked to move items on the patio and put them back. They cleaned up and were completed in a timely manner.

Very pleased with the work performed and the professionalism of the crew. Martin Bello, Idaquer Gonzalez and Gorge Mateo were super nice and did a great job. Fixed my sidewalk, driveway and leveled up a crack in my basement floor. Job well done!

Update: They called and said they would see about someone coming out to make a list of what needed to be done and see what they could do. We approved payment, and trusted Olshan. And, nothing happened....no one called or came over. Do not use Olshan. Shame on them.

They started working on our home the end of April and it has just been one problem after another. I contacted the salesman, through an email and was quite upset because what he told us and what was being done was 2 different things. The wrong size support beam was put in and the wooden support beams were supposed to be metal adjustable beams.

We were told piers would be going in, in the basement corner. They actually tore up half of our concrete patio and put the piers in. They left for the day and left a huge hole under our house with no support. They left our basement door open and didn't shut it, because the house was sagging the door could not be shut. There was a hole that I could stick my hand through as well next to the door. I took pictures and I emailed them to the salesman because we could not just leave our basement door open or have this hole in our house that animals could come in our house through. I heard nothing. My husband used a crow bar to pry and pull the door shut. And we covered the hole the best that we could.

We were also told that we had to now move our plumbing for the wall to be torn down and rebuilt. Originally, the salesman had told us that our plumbing wasn't going to be an issue because it wasn't in the wall.

The NEXT day, the salesman emailed me and said that he contacted the guys about my door not shutting but they were already home for the evening. Then he asked me if we had a plumber we could call. I told him we did not. This was not part of our budget in this because we were told our plumbing was fine where it was. He did not address any of my other concerns in my email.

So, a few days later, Olshan sent a plumber. The plumbers disconnected everything. A drain broke on one of the sinks, which was fine because it was old. However, no one came back to hook our drain system back up and it leaked. It leaked for weeks. We kept thinking someone was going to come back and hook up our drain system. So we finally had to take the rest of the plumbing out and the sinks. Had they sent someone back to hook up the draining system we could have just put a new drain on the sink. Today, June 9th, we were told they would not be putting the drain back in. So we can not put our toilet or sink back in!

They did replace the wooden beams, with adjustable house jacks. House jacks are temporary, but we were told these are what they use for permanent beams.

They tore down the wall and rebuilt it. They put a floor jack on top of our floor drain and our pvc line that drains from our furnace/ac unit has had no where to drain for the past month, except onto the floor!

The hole that was created from the house sagging they just put shims in it. It has been constantly wet and so has the wall on the other side. They didn't do something correct because water is running into the house now instead of away from it.

We were also told that we needed to have piers under our kitchen that it was also an addition to the house. And that the piers would also raise our kitchen and make it almost level. The piers did nothing at all to our kitchen floor.

Our basement door still doesn't close correctly, we are stuck with no plumbing in our basement because we have to hire someone to put back in the drain system, we have new leaks that are causing new damage that we didn't have before this whole thing started, they tore up part of the ceiling where they tore out and rebuilt the wall, the kitchen floor is the same, etc... They tore up part of the existing wall attached to the concrete wall they replaced. We just tore it out and decided we would just rebuild it ourselves just like the plumbing, we will have to do ourselves.

This is a very expensive and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Olshan to anyone at this point.

We had a great experience with Matt Neal from Olshan Foundation. Before finding him, we scheduled another foundation company that never even showed up, so our expectations were honestly pretty low. Matt completely turned that around.

He was extremely professional, responsive, and respectful of our time. He showed up when he said he would, performed a very thorough inspection, and most importantly explained everything in a way that was clear, relatable, and easy to understand. No confusing jargon, no pressure, just honest information.

Overall, Matt was fantastic to work with and we would absolutely recommend him and Olshan Foundation to anyone needing foundation work or an inspection.

Olshan Foundation Repair is a GREAT service. I worked with Melissa as the foundation inspector and Thomas as the team lead doing the repair. They were both absolutely incredible. Melissa was super available and made sure all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions) were answered quickly and accurately. Thomas was the same way, incredible patience as I asked a lot of questions and the quality of work his team did was INCREDIBLE.

There was a bit of a communication issue regarding my solution, but they were quick to to respond and went above and beyond to make the solution even better than we had originally discussed at no extra charge. 10/10 would recommend this company and specifically these two individuals to anyone.

We had a huge vertical crack in our wall. Unlike many other company's that tried to sell us on a HUGE project jacking our foundation up, Mel did not try and scare or oversell us, gave us the exact solution we needed to address the issue at hand. The work took about an hour even with the adjustments to the solution. Thomas made sure I was satisfied with the quality before leaving. Highly professional and personable.
