Had them install an underground sprinkler system in my yard about 4 years ago. Constantly breaks down and they send new employees to fix. I talked to the last one and it was his second day !! The head he put in had to be replaced 3 days later. (I called a different company). Had the lawn aerated today and it punched a hold in underground pipe, 1 1/2” deep! Installed a bunch of the system in my neighbors yard and now I have to pay again to move, there answer was talk to neighbor and maybe he won’t care !! I can’t recommend this company!!!!! I met with the owner of the company, he agreed to fix everything so I can’t ask for more than that. Just reminds me to meet face to face not behind some review service.
I have called two days for them to call me left messages never returns my call, how can you run a business if you don't return calls. ;o(
I recently had my landscaping redone and could not be more pleased they did an excellent job I would highly recommend.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING TOTAL OUTDOOR! They do lousy shoddy work and don’t return phone calls or stand by any of their “work”!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND ED IS A LYING SHYSTER FROM THE GO. You’ll be sorry if you have them do ANYTHING for you!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Slow work. One or two people "working". They hardly cut in on grass ends and don't edge anything. Also, they do not blow off grass clippings or clean up. I would not recommend
