Had them install an underground sprinkler system in my yard about 4 years ago. Constantly breaks down and they send new employees to fix. I talked to the last one and it was his second day !! The head he put in had to be replaced 3 days later. (I called a different company). Had the lawn aerated today and it punched a hold in underground pipe, 1 1/2” deep! Installed a bunch of the system in my neighbors yard and now I have to pay again to move, there answer was talk to neighbor and maybe he won’t care !! I can’t recommend this company!!!!!

I met with the owner of the company, he agreed to fix everything so I can’t ask for more than that. Just reminds me to meet face to face not behind some review service.

I have called two days for them to call me left messages never returns my call, how can you run a business if you don't return calls. ;o(

I recently had my landscaping redone and could not be more pleased they did an excellent job I would highly recommend.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING TOTAL OUTDOOR! They do lousy shoddy work and don’t return phone calls or stand by any of their “work”!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND ED IS A LYING SHYSTER FROM THE GO. You’ll be sorry if you have them do ANYTHING for you!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Slow work. One or two people "working". They hardly cut in on grass ends and don't edge anything. Also, they do not blow off grass clippings or clean up. I would not recommend

I recently bought soil from them to put in some raised beds. It is still winter so I can't tell you, " how does my garden grow," but I feel like I got nice soil for a good price and friendly service. I still have one more bed to fill. I will go there to get soil to fill it after winter looses it's grip.

Did a fantastic job. New lawn, trees removed, stumps removed, new front entrance patio, new grass, new chain link fence. Did what they said they would do. The place was totally overgrown when we purchased it the summer and now it looks fantastic. Tim and his crew really did a good job. Before and after pictures tell the story.

Total Outdoor Landscaping did an excellent job hardscaping our home. Tim and his crew worked very well together. From placing each boulder in place on the wall, to laying the pavers for the walkway and patio, to the steps coming down the back. Each day Total Outdoor Landscaping checked to make sure we were happy along the way. We all made tweaks here and there and they were very accommodating.

Chris is a master electrician and he has flawlessly installed 3 whole house Generacs for us. In addition, he’s performed a wide variety of indoor & outdoor electrical tasks at 5 of our properties over the past few years. Great guy! Great work! Great pricing!

Jerry with ABC Electric helped me where the other 3 companies I had out didn't.
I can't thank him and ABC Electric enough.
My problem with my Generac Generator had been going on for a year.
And I was really tired of just throwing parts at it.
The peace of mind knowing my generator will protect my house during power outages removes soooo much stress.

During the storms 4-29-25 we lost power and our Generac wasn't working properly. Chris was incredibly helpful over the phone until he was able to get here. He wanted to make sure everything was right before he charged us for his service and parts. Thank you for the great customer service!

I had ABC do proper follow-up work after a disaster left by a different Generac service company. ABC certainly deserves a higher rating by Generac. ABC is a very professional operation with marked service trucks, uniforms, returns calls, shows up as scheduled, performs great work, and left the worksite in very clean and proper condition. I certainly should have called ABC first! They have been doing these generator services for over 20 years now. Their solid business practices and fair dealings will help them for many years to come! Used them for installation of a soft water system and from plumbing issue. Greg and Jay were great and the response time was outstanding on a follow up issue. Will use in the future.

Great service and quick scheduling of our water heater repair. They explained the repairs necessary and even gave an idea of what to watch for in the future. We now have our go-to plumber for the lake house.

I have used Top Hat plumbing for several jobs. They are always courteous, punctual and professional. I especially want to compliment Mike and Erica, they are awesome!

They are punctual and the plumber was polite and professional. That being said. I was displeased with the bill for the repair applied. Jay and I came to an agreement and I was satisfied with the adjustment.
