Great job done by the installers, Gary and Manny. The whole process with Redeemed heating and air conditioning was a wonderful experience. The office staff were very helpful in giving me an appointment for the installation very quickly to avoid the heat that we had been dealing with without our air-conditioning unit working. It was a very good experience overall. I will indeed call upon them again in the future if needed. Thank you.

Christopher and Brandon did an exceptional job replacing our water heater. Both were professional and courteous and Christopher went above and beyond showing patience and kindness. He also explained each step of the process, including all updates to standard code. As yearly care customers we also received a discount which made this an affordable replacement. I used Home depots free quote for a repair and was told I couldn't repair the system that I have and was quoted for a new system. I contacted a second opinion and now getting it fixed and the coil replaced under factory warranty for next to nothing.

-Due to the reply claiming they were strictly there to "quote a new system" that doesn't change that I asked about replacing and fixing the coil that was already present and the answer I was given was that it wasn't possible because "they don't sell these parts anymore."

Luke has been professional, timely and very knowledgeable. I am so pleased and grateful for Redeemed. They have been great to work with and got my air conditioner working quickly.

REDEEMED I took really good care of me. From the first contact to the end was a great experience! Luke was great at finding the problem and making sure the job was complete in the same day. Luke was also very thoughtful when entering the house!

We are so impressed with Redeemed Heating. They responded to our emergency within a few hours when two other companies didn't. They were professional, personable and thorough. They gave us all our options with no pressure and were able to install a new furnace within 2 1/2 days, just as the freezing temperatures were beginning. We highly recommend them for heating, but they also do duct cleaning, water heaters and some appliance repair. We will definitely be using them again!

We are once again recommending Redeemed Heating! We needed to replace our hot water heater this time and once again they did an outstanding job. They are so professional, friendly and helpful in providing information on our options. They take time to check everything out necessary to ensure they give you accurate information for your home and your needs. Their work was well done, and clean and they have been available when we needed questions answered before and after installation. We give them all 5 stars again! A wonderful company to work with!

My experience with Redeemed was good from start to finish. I was given an appointment for the next day and was notified when the technician was on his way. Brandon was courteous and efficient. He checked our furnace and replaced the furnace filters. I would recommend this business.

Christopher was here on time and had us back up and going very quickly. Explained everything thoroughly including maintenance packages to keep our units serviced and in working condition. Very courteous and respectful.

We had moved into home and had some heating issues. They sent Luke out to help us. Within a very short amount of time he not only figured out the problem but had it fixed the same day. We will use Redeemed for all of our HVAC needs. Incredible Service. Incredible techs!

Office staff was great and listened to my time constraints. We scheduled service and Brandon arrived on time and was very professional. He conducted his test and explained the results in language that was easily understood. I will do business again with him.

Service was fine was 450 to get one drain snaked, seemed high to me, but maybe that is the going rate since they apparently had to go all the way to the main line, if you have a stopped up drain Id call around and ask how much places charge to snake a drain in a absolute worst case scenario. I certainly didn't expect it to be 450 total but going out of town so I just took the L, since I was out 99 for the service call anyway. So I guess technically it was 99$ service call, 350 drain snaked, do with that info what you will.

I had used them quite a few times in the past and they had always seemed reasonable before this is the first time I raised a eyebrow at any of their services prices. Keep in mind, I called no other places so before you blow them off you'll want to call around and see where their price falls vs everyone else, they have always done fine work for me. I however certainly will call around before I just call them for items in the future.

Hired them for simple preventive maintenance project In joplin, Christopher was very professional and the price was reasonable for the work performed. A+.

Because of the professionalism of the office staff and the technician for my project, I became a lifelong customer and now subscribe to their preventative maintenance contract, where they check my unit twice a year.

Brandon did a wonderful job…he was thorough and very careful with my heating system. It started out as just a maintenance, but since Brandon found some problems we added on a service call. Thankfully, everything turned out perfectly.

Had one company come out and supposedly fixed my furance on the day my furance quit working. Well 4 hours later would not kick on. I called Redeemed on a Saturday afternoon and had a repair man out in my house in 2 hours. The owner of the company went over and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed and fixed right. The repair man was very nice, professional and his presence was very welcoming. I would hands down refer this company to my friends, family and the public. Support small businesses.
