The service tech was so nice and very personable. Did his job wonderfully and was so easy to work with.

Justin was fast, professional, and kind. He explained the potential issues, the potential solutions, and showed good experience in his work. I’m so thankful I chose them! He also saved us a bit of money by telling us about their membership for regular service and inspection.

This was our third attempt to find a reputable plumber. BINGO. Best service I’ve ever received. We were without hot water for a month. These guys rounded up a heater and had it installed lickity split. Super nice. Very efficient. Love this company. Justin was also a certified HVAC technician and knew it all. He helped me with a small problem.

Jeremiah is very personable and thorough. He explained how our heat pump works and did a complete checkup on our inside and outside components, so we are good to go for winter.

Christopher Mitchell arrived when promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to his truck and found the parts needed and fixed the air conditioning. We asked what other services he provided. As a favor, he checked our low pressure from our front water spicket. He went into the crawl space and found leaking under our house from a toilet.
We are so thankful for his careful inspection and will definitely use him when we get ready to replace the flange and the toilet! Thanks for your kindness and concern!

We scheduled a routine furnace & fireplace inspection before the weather turned too cold. When Luke checked our furnace he found some things that were concerning that he brought to our attention. After some discussion my husband & I decided to have a new furnace installed. The next day two young men showed up & installed our new furnace. We would highly recommend Redeemed Heating & Air to any of our family & friends in the Springfield area. My only regret is not being able to get more than 5 stars

Technicians were professional. Excellent work. They cleaned up after. Kept me informed with every step of the way. The office was fantastic as well. The answer the calls return calls and kept me informed on the date time and when the tech is on the way. You can't ask for a better company in my opinion.

Redeemed is amazing! I have had Luke and Chris out to my house to repair my HVAC and plumbing issues. They communicate about what the problem is and how to fix it. They are very honest and I know I am in good hands with them.

Had an appointment today through Home Depot for a tune up. Before they came a lady called to confirm the appointment and I asked if they were going to clean. She stated yes and The guy came over and only completed an inspection. I called to ask about the cleaning and they just said I am out of luck and it only covered an inspection. Terrible customer service. If I would’ve known it was no cleaning involved I wouldn’t have scheduled the appointment

Update: they called back and apologize for the miscommunication. I do appreciate them following up promptly and coming in to do a minor clean up due to the miscommunication.

Christopher is awesome! He's very knowledgeable on all things AC and explains things to where you can understand what need to be done. Thankful for Redeemed for getting our system back up to par, will definitely use them for any future repair and upkeep!

Friendly upon arrival. Took time to greet the pets when they presented themselves. Explained what he was going to be doing. Explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Showed me items that may be a problem in the future. He seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Cleaned up after himself and suggested items that would be helpful in maintaining my equipment and the quality of my environment. Very personable.

Wonderful company and attentive staff that really care. All service technicians we have encountered are friendly, courteous, professional, and highly trained. We receive a fair and reasonable rate and outstanding service. This is a 5+ star company.

Came home from work this morning and found my heating was not working coming into the weekend and I was worried nobody would be able to show up, gave Redeemed the call and they had a guy here within a few hours and fixed my system. It had me up and going within one hour. I would definitely recommend this place. They did a fantastic job keeping my family warm for this weekend.

The team was at my home 30 minutes early, had two wonderful men that came in and changed the water heater. It is a specialty water heater (so it was a little more time consuming), they done exactly what we were told they would do and a the exact price they said it would cost!! It has been the best by far the best home service we have had in the Ozarks!! Thank you Jeremiah and Justin for everything you done!! God bless you both!!
