BEWARE!!! We contracted Sergio to finish our basement in April of 2025 he said it would take 2 months to complete. Its now March of 2026 and the basement is still not complete and throughout the entirety of the project Sergio has been unresponsive for weeks at a time but would eventually respond with an excuse as to why no work was being done. additinally the work that has been completed is subpar at best. Save yourself the headache and find someone else to complete your electric / construction needs.

The first time I got a call from them off home advisor, the representative that called was super sweet, she answered my questions the best to her ability, but at the end I told her that I was still looking around for other companies to see what my options were. She said that was okay, and we parted ways from there. Two days later she called me again for a follow up, and this time she seemed irritable. She made an appointment for someone to come out to give me a price on Friday (December 8th) and when I agreed, she said “well why didn’t you just tell me to book your appointment the last time we spoke”. To me this was very unprofessional. But I still decided to give them a shot. Friday comes around and I don’t get a call, and no one shows up to my house. I waited, and so I gave them a call and no one answered. I was very confused, but if this is how they treat their customers then I will not be doing business with them.

Some time ago, I met Serjio. He was very attentive and gained my trust. I decided to hire him and have him do some electrical and plumbing work for me. I signed a contract with him for what he would do and how much I would pay him, and everything was fine. The problem is that all his work was very slow, too slow, that I lost too much money on this job. This job was an investment. In the end, I decided to cancel the contract with him because it didn't have an end date. I recommend that if you make a contract with him, check the expiration date. I know some other clients who have had the same thing happen to them, some of them are in demand. I didn't do this because I don't want to be like him. I just want to inform more people so that what happened to me doesn't happen to them. I hope my translation is good because I don't speak English. I only use my translator to inform people who speak English.

We won’t call anyone else. McClure Electrical is our go-to for anything electrical. We have a 1920’s Tudor home that needed EVERYTHING electrical done in it: knob and tube wiring replaced, light fixtures replaced, breakers replaced, and on and on. All of it was smooth sailing for Jacob, our electrician. The office staff was professional and helpful, too. I especially appreciate the system they use that keeps me informed: appointment reminders, when they are en route to my house, etc. Thank you, McClure Electrical, for giving us a safer and better home.

RJ came out to day to install camera flood lights and repair our doorbell. When our doorbell presented a number of problems, he worked patiently to figure it out. We’ve used McClure multiple times to fix or move various outlets and switches. They’ve always been polite and professional. Shelby did our work this time, he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jacob fixed a number of general wiring issues detected during a home inspection, and even found and fixed a couple items the inspector has missed. Super easy-going guy that was knowledgeable, showed up on time, and completed the work as described. I wish every contractor was like this! Would definitely hire again.

Something of a misunderstanding on my part, Jacob came out planning to give only an estimate. He quickly jumped into troubleshooting the issues (downstairs wall outlets were out) and had them restored, plus correcting shoddy wiring in the circuit main panel that could have caused dangerous conditions if left as is. He then schooled me on how to replace eight mismatched breakers on my own. All within an hour and he was off to his next job. Saved the day! Great work.
