Luke Person was awesome! We have an old house in Brookside and though LeafFilter couldn't help our situation, Luke went over and above in showing me the exact issues. We have old box gutters that I may try to fix the immediate issues, but I can guarantee Luke will get a call when we replace these old gutters with new ones!

Had Sean out he gave a very thorough presentation. Can’t wait to get my new gutters installed and fix my gutter issues.

This company is extremely overpriced. Unfortunately I was roped in and paid way too much for gutters that are still not up to my standards. On the day of installation, nails and material were left around my house. The next day it rained, so I was excited to see how these gutters were working. Water was coming along the front of the gutters and behind along my house. There was also a section at the front of my house that wasn’t draining efficiently and was collecting a lot of debris. A few corners and sides were collecting excessive debris too. As soon as I made a BBB review as requested via email after installation, I did have someone contact me. Someone came out and looked at them and told me it would be taken care of shortly. Months went by and I hadn’t seen anyone. Reached out to the company and a different person came out to talk to me about my concerns. Explained everything to him too. He made promises it would be taken care of that week. It wasn’t. After reaching out, he made other visits and some things got fixed but not everything. Multiple phone calls and visits with “I promise I will fix this this week” later and still not everything is how I expected. The promises got old…I regret my purchase with this company. And recommending that I reach out again is not going to make me feel any better. That’s all I have been doing since August!
