Luke Person was awesome! We have an old house in Brookside and though LeafFilter couldn't help our situation, Luke went over and above in showing me the exact issues. We have old box gutters that I may try to fix the immediate issues, but I can guarantee Luke will get a call when we replace these old gutters with new ones!

This company is extremely overpriced. Unfortunately I was roped in and paid way too much for gutters that are still not up to my standards. On the day of installation, nails and material were left around my house. The next day it rained, so I was excited to see how these gutters were working. Water was coming along the front of the gutters and behind along my house. There was also a section at the front of my house that wasn’t draining efficiently and was collecting a lot of debris. A few corners and sides were collecting excessive debris too. As soon as I made a BBB review as requested via email after installation, I did have someone contact me. Someone came out and looked at them and told me it would be taken care of shortly. Months went by and I hadn’t seen anyone. Reached out to the company and a different person came out to talk to me about my concerns. Explained everything to him too. He made promises it would be taken care of that week. It wasn’t. After reaching out, he made other visits and some things got fixed but not everything. Multiple phone calls and visits with “I promise I will fix this this week” later and still not everything is how I expected. The promises got old…I regret my purchase with this company. And recommending that I reach out again is not going to make me feel any better. That’s all I have been doing since August!
I assumed I was going to receive cadillac service for the premium price that I paid for a known name product. First, the salesman was not truthful when explicitly asked about the gutter removal before our roof replacement and management in response chose to not to be accountable. We mentioned to the salesman on the phone that we were going to be replacing our roof within a few years and didn't want to waste his time as we were most likely not going to purchase this in 2023. The salesman still persisted and we met where again we reminded him multiple times that logic suggested that with gravity it is more wise to replace a roof first before the gutters. He promised the gutters would be removed before and reinstalled afterwards at no additional cost. My mistake? Not verifying if the verbiage was in the contract. It was not. We did end up replacing the gutters in 2023 BUT Leaf Filter later argued this year that this meant just the filters and not the shiny new 6" gutters they installed would be removed. They would not even guarantee a replacement for any pieces damaged as we would NOT have replaced the gutters in 2023 if we had been correctly informed that the gutters were at the mercy of the shingle removal process. Very disappointing but thankfully our roofer did a fantastic job with the shingle removal. Second, warranty is not truly a lifetime warranty but a one year. A warranty implies no cost to labor and/or parts however this warranty after one year has costs for both labor and parts thus a faux lifetime warranty. Third, it took multiple attempts to reach Leaf Filter management in order to correct an incorrect installation. Rafter tails are supposed to be shortened to allow gutters to extend about 1" past the house. Maybe some owners are ok with the water drippage but a professional would have given this decision to the owner vs. deciding for them. This fault was not discovered until the roof was replaced and it was pointed out and research confirms. It took numerous calls over a two week period kindly requesting support. Then an argument insisting I pay for the correction of the incorrect installation. Now as for the product itself, this is an inferior design in comparison to what we did have on our former home with respect to oak trees. The oak catkins sludge and stick onto the gutter filters like a glue. This was discoverd as water just rolled right over the 6in gutter. I climbed up the next day and not even my leaf blower could remove the oak catkins. I had to hand scrape the entire mess off all the filters around my home. Honestly, if I had the choice I would return the entire gutter filteration system back to Leaf Filter for a refund. Very disappointed in a brand name product ending up so poorly. If only I could remember the guy who installed my former home's gutter guards. His small business product was far superior where I only went on the roof to remove the occasional sticks. Thus, I cannot in good conscience suggest Leaf Filter to a friend or colleague.
Very professional in knowledge and work. We had rain gutters and down spouts installed on our 2-car detached garage.
They were on time and the job was done quickly. My only complaint was that they left cigarette butts in my yard. It could be bad for my dogs.
