Working with Zach and his crew at Hinkle Hardscapes was one of the greatest home project experiences we have ever had. Very easy to work with, great communication, and care about the project they were doing for us. We had them upgrade our existing plain concrete patio by expanding its size, layed pavers and they also added in a seating wall with built in fire pit. Pics will come once we get the furniture in place.

They were extremely professional, courteous, and reliable. They showed up and left consistently, and cleaned up materials on a daily basis. Hinkle took our patio idea and made it a dream come true. From start to finish their communication, technology, and team were all first class. We were hesitant to wait a few months while in the project queue, but we were so glad we were patient. The project started and completed on time and exactly at the budget/proposal we were given. We loved working with Hinkle Hardscapes!!! We knew we wanted a paver patio and from reading reviews, talking with previous clients, and after meeting with Ken Gibson, our designer, to us there was no other choice. Ken designed the paver patio of our dreams complete with an area for our hot tub, BBQ/dining area, gas fire pit complete with stone seating wall and TV docking station as well as a bubble rock. The project started earlier than expected and finished ahead of schedule. Our build team was incredible....on time, hardworking, double checked details with us and kept our yard in impeccable shape. We would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Hinkle to anyone considering adding an outdoor living space.

Hinkle helped turn our boring slab patio into a suburban paradise! We had a general idea of what we wanted and they more than delivered. They were very easy to work with, the crews were wonderful and they finished ahead of schedule with no surprise costs! They kept the area clean while working and always showed up on time! The most painful part of the whole process was waiting for our project to start. It was worth the wait and we are so happy with the finished product!

We had Hinkle Hardscapes install a backyard patio for us. We had several companies come out to give us a bid and they were by far the most professional. Ken wrote up a very detailed design and cost estimate and they were precise in their measurements. We went back and forth on a few things and they were very responsive and professional in dealing with us. My one big complaint was the length of time it took for them to come out once we paid the deposit. Ken had given us an initial estimate of when they would do the job and it turned out to take several weeks longer. I did express my frustration over this and they were responsive and explained the delay and apologized. However, once they were out to do the job, the crew was professional, efficient and worked very hard. They were done in a matter of days. There were a few minor imperfections when the job was done and Zach agreed to come back out and touch everything up so that it was done to our satisfaction. Overall, this is a very professional company and they take pride in the work that they do and will be sure it is done right for you.
